Deposit not credited since one week

The game has had me blocked since September 22nd;

They keep sending emails stating that my issue has been forwarded to the relevant department, but they aren't providing any concrete response.

It is now October 1st, yet my account still hasn't been unblocked.

They keep sending the same canned email responses whenever I ask when my account will be reopened; they aren't giving a proper answer.

This situation arose because, on September 21st, I placed some large bets and won a significant amount; I initiated withdrawals for part of the winnings in installments while leaving some funds in the gaming account to continue playing. However, they have neither released the money nor reopened the account.

Hi my name is Marba I’m from India, and I deposited an amount of 1000 rupees yesterday on Luckstar and I haven’t received it till now.

Never expected this to happen in luckystar, I have also contacted customer support but they keep giving me the same excuse that they haven’t received the fund.

I have also send them a screenshot of the receipt, I mean if they haven’t received it yet than that’s not my problem right? The money has already been deducted from my bank account, so it’s up to them what to do next, they should contact the merchant that I send money to, I won’t feel safe to deposit here if this keeps happening.
