LuckyCasino wont pay my 2686 euros

I ended up winning 2686 euros with my deposit. Luckycasino paid me back my original deposit but declined to pay me my winnings. They would not give me any reason for that. Luckycasino just closed my account and simply declined the payment. I did not have any bonus activated at the site at any time.

I requested a withdrawal of 1000$ on dec 15th using muchbetter. I put my account on timeout as I wanted to ensure I didn’t reverse it.

According to their terms the withdrawal should have been processed on the 17th. I contacted them on the 18th for an update.
I was told there was a technical issue with my withdrawal.
They did not contact me.

This is the second time I’ve had a withdrawal “error” at this website.

I’ve made numerous attempts to contact them and am constantly told they need to contact their “payment team”.
I can’t reverse this withdrawal or do anything with the funds. I can’t even see them anywhere.

At this point I’m being told the “holidays may make cases take longer”. Still haven’t gotten a reason or a timeframe or anything.

Error in processing payment, no response from support after days of waiting

Withdrew $500 from lucky casino via muchbetter, it moved it to pending. when I looked at the account in the morning to check the account it had been moved to processing but said error and does not give me the option of canceling it. Inquired on the only chat as to what the error was. They could not help so they created a ticket. Emailed customer support multiple times and was told the ticket has been created and they are working on it . 48 hours later I check again . Still same - processing/error. No access to my money , no explanation or help on what I can do . Chat with some one today. (Saturday ) . "Sorry cant help you, the payments department is off on weekends , they will look into on Monday " this will be 4 days of sitting and waiting .. I dont mind waiting .. I just want and answer of what went wrong or at the very least the ability to access my money. Very disappointed with customer service

Withdrawal of £1,000 Delayed For Weeks

I have tried half a dozen times to get a withdrawl from this site and sent 10 emails in the process. My account and documents have all been verified and approved and I have accepted NO bonuses yet each time I try withdraw it gets automatically cancelled by the site and I get told it’s due to a “technical issue” and that if I try again it will go through. This has been ongoing for nearly 2 weeks and they have done nothing, not even offered me and alternative method and as it stands they are withholding £1000 of my money and have to grounds to do so as per their own terms & Conditions. I have several screen shots to prove all of this as well as the email thread. I feel they are purposely cancelling my withdrawal in the hope that I gamble all my winnings away. I have tried and tried to get this fixed, asked them to escalate as a matter of urgency but got absolutely nowhere, they are still sitting with £1000 of my money.

I won 25 500 nok on LuckyCasino.com. I did a withdrawl and only got 24 659,64 nok. In the info they say there is no fee. And since they offer me to deposite in nok and withdrawl in nok it shouldnt be any other then 25 500 nok that is paid out to my account. I have now tried for over a week to get the last of my money but they just keep saying "you have to accept this". I made a withdrawl of 25 500 nok with no charge or fees and still i didnt get all my money.

The design.
Simplicity of website.
Trusty for deposit and withdrawal.

Bonus requirements being near fraudulent.

"Any bet made from bonus money contributes maximum 5 from the remaining wagering requirement in any currency(real money bets does not count against wagering requirement)"

People with a 1/10 currency of the euro or dollar, like NOK, SEK, or DKK. Will have about 0% chance to make a withdrawal using bonuses. As the bonus is 100% of lets say 250 SEK. The wagering req are x50 x 250 SEK which is 12 500SEK. That means a requirement of at least 2500 spins.

And with your calculation yes, if you place a bet of 5 NOK/SEK (we dont have DKK) the total amount wagered (bets placed) to convert the bonus is 12 500 SEK/NOK. This you can do even on a 1 or a 2 SEK/NOK bet. you are not required to place a bet of 5 NOK / SEK. I dont see why Euro or SEK/NOK makes a difference in wager contribution. Yes, currently you can place a larger bet from Euro than from SEK and it counts towards wagering. But then you will loose your balance quicker. This will come in future upgrades to separate max contribution per currency. SAying there is a 0% chance to convert is incorrect. We are daily converting both free signup bonus, and deposit bonuses at Lucky Casino. Please also make note, that as you deposit with your real money. Your real money is not locked with us. Lucky casino is a quite new casino, established only this year and I joined them last month. I saw that they were giving free spins for new members and as a freebie lover, I got really attracted to the offer, although it was only few free spins, you can never know when you'll hit big. I remember I signed up and didn't get anything. At that point I think they didn't have live support and I wrote them an inquiry to which I received an answer that I wasn't eligible for the spins as they were for few countries only.

The first thing I would like to distinguish is the huge amount of games they have, as they are powered by more than 10 software's, I could find all my favorites there- Netent, Microgaming, Play'n Go etc, so that is really impressing. Two weeks ago I visited them again and saw that they are giving 100% match bonus for 1st deposit. I decided to try my luck and made a deposit of 30€ and received match right away. I went to play Immortal Romance and I sticked with minimum bets throughout all session. Within the first few spins I had Wild Desire that paid 40x bet. My balance went up to 71€, but that was my highest point, although I had 5 free spins rounds, none paid over 80x bet and at the end I lost all.

Since I had a bad run, I decided to ask live support if they could give me some complimentary bonus. Their live support works every day but they work limited hours, in my session I wanted to ask about wagering but they were offline, but at the end when I had lost all, they were online and I was told that I wasn't eligible for anything right now but that I should keep my eyes open for some promotions in my email.

For now I think they are a good casino, I’m glad they have a live support now and even though they don't work 24/7, it is better than not having them at all. Game selection is really great and there are many banking options, so I would recommend them.
