LuckyCasino wont pay my 2686 euros

I ended up winning 2686 euros with my deposit. Luckycasino paid me back my original deposit but declined to pay me my winnings. They would not give me any reason for that. Luckycasino just closed my account and simply declined the payment. I did not have any bonus activated at the site at any time.

I requested a withdrawal of 1000$ on dec 15th using muchbetter. I put my account on timeout as I wanted to ensure I didn’t reverse it.

According to their terms the withdrawal should have been processed on the 17th. I contacted them on the 18th for an update.
I was told there was a technical issue with my withdrawal.
They did not contact me.

This is the second time I’ve had a withdrawal “error” at this website.

I’ve made numerous attempts to contact them and am constantly told they need to contact their “payment team”.
I can’t reverse this withdrawal or do anything with the funds. I can’t even see them anywhere.

At this point I’m being told the “holidays may make cases take longer”. Still haven’t gotten a reason or a timeframe or anything.

Error in processing payment, no response from support after days of waiting

Withdrew $500 from lucky casino via muchbetter, it moved it to pending. when I looked at the account in the morning to check the account it had been moved to processing but said error and does not give me the option of canceling it. Inquired on the only chat as to what the error was. They could not help so they created a ticket. Emailed customer support multiple times and was told the ticket has been created and they are working on it . 48 hours later I check again . Still same - processing/error. No access to my money , no explanation or help on what I can do . Chat with some one today. (Saturday ) . "Sorry cant help you, the payments department is off on weekends , they will look into on Monday " this will be 4 days of sitting and waiting .. I dont mind waiting .. I just want and answer of what went wrong or at the very least the ability to access my money. Very disappointed with customer service

Withdrawal of £1,000 Delayed For Weeks

I have tried half a dozen times to get a withdrawl from this site and sent 10 emails in the process. My account and documents have all been verified and approved and I have accepted NO bonuses yet each time I try withdraw it gets automatically cancelled by the site and I get told it’s due to a “technical issue” and that if I try again it will go through. This has been ongoing for nearly 2 weeks and they have done nothing, not even offered me and alternative method and as it stands they are withholding £1000 of my money and have to grounds to do so as per their own terms & Conditions. I have several screen shots to prove all of this as well as the email thread. I feel they are purposely cancelling my withdrawal in the hope that I gamble all my winnings away. I won 25 500 nok on LuckyCasino.com. I did a withdrawl and only got 24 659,64 nok. In the info they say there is no fee. And since they offer me to deposite in nok and withdrawl in nok it shouldnt be any other then 25 500 nok that is paid out to my account. I have now tried for over a week to get the last of my money but they just keep saying "you have to accept this". I made a withdrawl of 25 500 nok with no charge or fees and still i didnt get all my money.

Must be the worst mga site when it comes responsibility. Reopens and suggest account reopening for someone who is addicted. Don't take any responsibility and don't answer any questions or concerns there is. Far away from a fair casino. I would stay away from a site like this. Noticed that there are a lot of interesting slot games to play, which I haven’t really noticed in other sites.
It is also a good thing that the welcome bonus package has no wagering requirements.

Is it just me or does it take time to load? Well, I don't really like the user interface. Feels like all of the icons are all placed in the middle. There are also only two available languages. I hope they will add more.

The website is nice, I think it was well organized. I just don't like the color purple that much, but it's okay. Games are okay as well as selection. Payments also worked smooth for me. It was easy to use.

I have to use VPN. So many restrictions when it comes to countries! Also, why is their chat not available all the time? I needed to ask for help one time but their chat support is not working that time.

The games, in spite of the imperfect selection of them, they work adequately, as does everything else - except customer service. The depositing and withdrawals are convenient.

The customer service is often non-existent, and crowded, even if someone is there. The casino makes the following FALSE claim:
"When is Customer service available?

Therefore, untrustworthy. Not recommended.

Withdrawal - very straight forward, once you want to withdraw, they will ask you to upload your documentation, they are very clear with what they need from you. They are very fast as well, played on Sunday night/Monday 3am, won a little bit, withdrew, uploaded documentation, Monday morning at 10am documents has been approved and withdrawal has been checked out.

Games - search bar works very fast

Email waiting time - sent an email at 11.20am and got a respond around 11.55am, so not bad compared to some casinos where they took 1-3 days to respond

Design of site. Games seem to work across many different browsers and laptops.

Firstly I deposited on the basis of what I read on this site, which stated 'Live Chat - YES', if I knew the customer support team has switched it off on a early Sunday evening 8.30pm (peak time for gambling online) I would not of bothered signing up or depositing money. When I need support I need answers and support immediately, not in 3 hours, 3 days on whenever it suits the casino company to reply back.

I'm also not happy players are unable to add different debit or credit cards, so thats a £500 deposit LOST because your 'live chat' had been switched off. I also don't like a huge box appearing on the screen covering my game play, when I still have credit left asking me to deposit even more.

The site clearly states on the main page, no sign up deposit for UK players yet on the deposit page it says you can but without support what the hell are we suppose do? Because as always the player will screw up and a 'terms and conditions response email' no doubt will be sent informing us we have broken the rules.
