Most up to date review.

Ok so here is my most up to date review of this casino and after wagering thousands over the weekend I've found a few things that must be mentioned! So let's start with the good.
. The casino approved my withdrawal within 3 hours
. The withdrawal reached my bank within the same amount of time
. The casino support is quick to reply and ask security questions at the beginning which I feel is a great thing for personal security
. The casino in particular SAM is great. I mentioned games weren't working in the UK and they removed all the games that aren't available for UK players.

- I am still get a lot of technical errors when loading slots or playing them. they replied to my previous review saying the replicated the issue and did not detect it however I am constantly running into stability issues !

- I had deposit issues on this website for over a month !!! issues being that it would say transaction declined and/or card limit reached. However I would have a new card verified and it was suppose to work. Live chat were no help in this matter
- Another massive issue. The depositing in this site is shocking one deposit might come through instantly, another might take a day to be added and most common of all transaction declined.

Would I recommend this casino. YES, why ? Well number one reason I received my withdrawal within one day of asking for it. The website looks clean with the red and white tone. However send me a nice bonus to make me want to come back as I will say they are plenty of other casinos out there.

PS live chat agents are great !

- Now I know casinos don't have to give out bonuses and so on but I haven't received a single bonus since I've played on this site, and I have wagered thousands ! If I ask live chat if I am eligible they say keep any eye out on your emails almost false promising a bonus.

- Their promotions are terrible ! They don't ever update them and the ones they do have are no good ! They have a promotion called reel of fortune and I didn't receive anything for that and by the way that has been on their site for about 3or4 months.

As I have to use 150 characters I'm trying to think of something positive to say about this shambles, but unfortunately I'm struggling. I suppose a positive is that customer service answer quickly.

Stay as far away from this casino as possible, whatever you do don't let them have a sniff of your email address as you will be harassed like you have never known.
The site allowed me to sign up even though I'm from the UK and UK customers are not accepted. So I ended up self excluding and still I'm receiving 20/30 emails a day, I've contacted chat twice and both times I've received the same message, "we've forwarded your request to the relevant department".
Yet still the emails come, I've received 2 in the time it's took to write this review.
I've reported them to the UKGC but they can do nothing as the casino doesn't have a UK license.
Please please please don't use this casino, there's plenty more out there. Give them your email address at your peril.

Now lets move on to some bad, and trust me there is plenty. SAM if you see this please implement changes.
. When you deposit it is completely random as to when the deposit will be added to your account, I deposited 50 x2 now and each time I have had to wait 30 minutes or hours for it to arrive.
. When you first launch a game, if you click fullscreen while the game is still loading the game won't load at all.
. When playing a slot, after about 100spins the site becomes really unstable and the game keeps crashing. it will pop up with there has been a technical problem please reload the game or contact support.
. I get logged out randomly while playing at the casino which is highly frustrating!
. Another bad thing is that the superpoints are worthless I spent over 80,000 super points yesterday and won less the £2 altogether.
. Superpoints free spins value are 10p a spin which is just pointless on top of that any winnings from superpoints have a massive wager on
. The live chat agents need to move away from automated responses and try to be a bit more helpful.
. I mentioned this in an earlier review and I have to mention it again. The promotions and free bonuses are non-existent on this site... I mean there is nothing to make we want to keep coming back, if it wasn't for sam trying his/her best to help after the last review I wouldn't have bothered.
. YOU NEED TO ADD MORE GAMES FOR UK BASED PLAYERS

Now two big issues,
1) I had over 2000 euros in the account over the weekend and couldn't withdraw because no one works that day... So I lost half of my winnings which is my fault but reversing withdrawals should be blocked in my opinion.
2) I believe the withdrawal amount I received was an incorrect amount and it was off by a lot.

So would I recommend playing here? Yes if you like a small few games... But there are plenty of better casinos out there

Does not hold a UKGC license and does not seem to know what one is! All they do is refer to their Master Gaming License CEG-IP / 2014-0112 license which is not a valid license for UK customers! They cannot legally accept customers from the UK without a UKGC license and are breaking the law by allowing customers from the UK to register! Let alone deposit! Complete scam of a company! I have reported them to UKGC and hopefully heavy fines and real restrictions will be headed their way!

The casino accepts UK players despite not being licensed in the UK. This is in direct conflict with UK gambling commission guidelines. Customer service typically reply with pre written template responses.

The casino is not able to accept deposits from UK players despite accepting them without the required UKGC license. Despite repeated attempts and multiple discussions with support the casino is unable to accept deposits.
There is also a very limited number of slot games available to UK players, if you can manage to make a deposit. Good luck with that!

Hello, very good casino especially for live roulette. can't say more because I only play roulette live..
and I never play bonus...
I have requested 2 withdrawal of 500 and 1000 euro.. 11/12/2019 was approved after 24hrs. I am waiting for my 500euro withdrawal to appear in my bank account. It has been 3 days now so hopefully, I will receive it this coming Tuesday for a 5 days wait.. and yesterday I requested 1000euro was approved just today so I will wait starting Monday to Friday next week..
When I receive all of my withdrawal to the exact time said then I will continue playing here..

Just for the bank transfer I hope it will be faster than 3-5 days to receive the money.. or maybe because its the first time and next time will be faster?

Non compliance with Spanish Laws. Accepts players from Spain. They don't have the necessary license to operate in Spain, granted by the Spanish Regulator. They operate using a Curaçao license that is not valid in Spain. I have informed the support team about it. They don't seem to care.
You can deposit by Klarna in seconds, but you don't have Klarna to withdraw. Makes no sense.

Lucky31 casino was established in 2012, funny I only came across it last year sometimes when it even has a certificate of trust, as you know whenever you look for some new casinos, you look for ones that can be trusted. I guess we do not use the filter to show casinos with trust certificates, right? Not even sure AG has this feature.

Anyways I signed up and if not mistaken I was offered 10 free spins to try, but did not make it to the bank with any winnings and I claimed the welcome bonus they offered me for a minimum deposit of $10, but the bonus wagering of x30 D+B was very high I got the feeling this deposit will just be buying me playtime.

I contacted support to double check the wagering and they confirmed its in fact on the D+B. Live chat was quick to respond but the down side is they are limited with live chat hours and not 24 hours as others.

Game selection speak for itself, as it has almost every game one would need to have a good time, however Big Time Gaming and Push Gaming is missing. If they get that – I would make more deposits here, since the minimum is very low. They also need to work on the filtering system for slots, maybe add ''New Games'' and ''Providers'' tab for filtering as everything is just under slots section.

The claiming of bonuses using e-wallets is great as well, given with new changes you hardly get these offers with e-wallets with most new casinos. E wallets are always restricted and for us haters of credit cards it makes life difficult.

I hope to make a withdrawal here, since I believe its within 24 hours, I cannot say, but I would like to see a few hours withdrawal processing times in future. I still not get why casinos have 24 hour pending times, especially when playing with straight deposit cash. If bonuses are claimed, then I believe the pending should be suitable.

+Site is simple look and easy to use, mobile and desktop.
+Support is friendly and semi fast (email).
+Finnish language site.
+Not too many games restriction as playing bonus money.

I won some money. Verification process took about 24 hours and was completed. I have made my first withdraw Tuesday night so it has been now like 42 hours. I understood that the pending time for withdraw process can be up to 72 hours. So waiting for that to happen now and we will see if its correct :)

If the withdraw goes smoothly and by time, then I absolutely will be back at this casino and it then has my full recommendation.

-Missing some gaming operators as BTG etc.

They just added live casino. Games play smoothly and work on phone.

At first, I didn’t think that they had a lot going on but now they have live casino and tournaments, which is awesome.

Good looking casino, easy to find stuff on the website, just added tournaments which is cool, didn’t have trouble when using my tablet.

Good and Simple design
Good games
Have contacted support a few times, very kind and helpful.
No problem in making withdrawals so far.

One very important factor than make players play and stay at a casino is the withdrawal time.
Except for one withdrawal, I've always received in 3 working days, one of them in less than 24h.
But this is the only step I see that could be improved. People don't want or like to wait more than 24h to receive the winnings.

This is why I give 8 stars.

The Kyc Process I real good to 24 Hours.

I should read more about casinos before I started to play on it. I play around on many casinos mostly Malta Based Casinos.

Now its only 4 left beq I was tired of wait and play up 2000.

To long Payout time.
I waited 8 days now and still only get 3 of 9 withdrawals. I asked for withdrawals 23 of aug and regarding their term I should take up to 7 days. I won 9000 Euro and the terms says 1000/day 5000/week. So after 8 Days I get only 3000 of my 9000 Euro.

In your life time in Lucky31, you only requested one payout, which was processed and finalized within 5 days (from payout request to the moment the money was credited into your account, and this includes the verification of your player account).

Furthermore, you happened to have won (and paid out) 1.000€, while your total life time deposits are less than 300€, hence a benefit of over 700€ in your case.

More generally our payout rate is over 96.5% all year long and precisely just this first week of March, the payout rate was 99.72%... yes, you read that right: over 99%, which is very high!

I found this casino from AskGamblers site. After reading few good things I decided to sign up.

Make my deposit in euro and was playing dark Knight slots I got an error message 211, I reload my computer and keep playing and the error message keep popping up. Chat to customer service they say they couldn't find anything wrong with it.

By this time my wagering amount was 1607 euro from 2000 plus euro. My balance was over 100 euro and have wager more than 100 but the wagering amount stays at 1607 euro and didn't come down, contacted customer service leave numerous message and no one get back to me. Chat again to them last night and say someone is getting back to me in few hrs but still nothing.

I didn't deposit money to get rip off.

Firstly, the error 211 as you know and mentioned to our Support team means that the game or game provider could not connect to our system, in other terms: our provider might have experienced technical issues from its side (independent from us). No worries, this doesn´t happen often, but when it does your game stops automatically.

Regarding your wagering amount, it stopped at 1607 because at this point you had played your bonus amount, lost it and therefore fulfilled the wagering requirement. The bonus should appear as inactive/lost now.

Last but not least, our support seems to have been answering to you continuously on chat and email, within short delays on the 17th and 18th. They sent you another email now, in case there is any doubt left. :)

I cannot understand why this is a certified casino. I always go to the hot topic which are withdrawals and hidden ways of casino to delay them.

I decided to join Lucky 31 Casino after I saw that they have very good rating here.
