My problem is I withdraw 500€ from lucky 31 , this payment is approved since the 7th of April. Still didn't received it.

I'd like to received it. I feel like I get scammed. And when I send I email to the support service, the email can't get delivered.

Firstly, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience and delay in getting back to you regarding this matter.

We finally have a confirmation that your withdrawal of 150€ + 350€ requested on 07.04.2021 had failed while been processed into your Card.

The total amount has been re-credited to your Casino account.

We kindly advise you to request the withdrawal by Bank Transfer, in this way, no more delays will occur and very shortly the funds will be in your Bank Account.
