I really can’t think of any other positive things to say about this casino. And I have to write more to post . But I really can’t think of any nice things to say. Sorry.

I don’t like that they don’t payout. I’ve been waiting over a week for a bitcoin withdrawal. And they use every excuse in the book not to pay. There is no accountability at this casino, I will never deposit here again and I do not recommend this site to anyone who wants to collect their winnings.

I liked here only good games and graphics. NO other good what me to add believe me.

This casino and all those who work in this casino are not normal, do not respect the rules and rules of the games. They do not respect the people who gave them a license. Very arbitrary and criminal people. Even they can’t check the usual documents. This is legal or not legal if you don’t agree they are closing you down with them and do not even provide information where to complain about them. Who wants to play quietly and joyfully, do not choose this casino. Sooner or later they will answer for the crime

I luved initially the fact that I actually won 1900 on their site

I have yet to receive a withdrawal. I have sent in numerous documents and invoices mailed to me however they say they are an electronic bill and not acceptable proof or address. I have also sent in numerous copies of my drivers license which they also say isn't readable to them. I don't know what else to do at this point. Seems like by charging my card could verify my identity or some other way. The security Dept manager Maria has been plain rude about it. I have tried my best to comply and had high hopes of receiving my winnings which I felt was a godsend. Instead it has only made me depressed and frustrated.

I enjoy the games here & most of the chat agents are great. As with any site, there are always those few who bring it down. I did speak with a supervisor through chat when I had one of these "unprofessional & rude agents" & they took my issues seriously as well as my horrible chat session with one specific agent. They did work with me to make up for this & to make me happy. I ended up winning with the chip & free spins they gave me for my inconvenience & withdrawal through bank wire was paid within a weeks time. There was only one person I had a problem with & everyone else there is so helpful. They have great bonuses that come out typically on Thursdays and are good thru Sunday.

Their play through is not high at all either and no max withdrawal unless you are given a free chip. Sometimes the free chips dont have a max withdrawal like in my case. But I did have to ask.

I did deposit here quite a bit, sometimes daily at one point, & my money seemed to last less & less until I did complain about it. A few times. I was given suggestions but in my opinion, it was my reaching out to cust service that enabled my playing time to increase.

Go figure... I do recommend this casino as they do pay & they do take your issues seriously & dont pass the buck. I've never had a problem during chats with their representatives. They're really nice and actually try to help you with your problem. I actually got my money faster than their estimated time both times. I can tell you that libertyslots is fair and that you can be rest assured that you will get your money when you withdraw.

If I had to ding one thing, it would be their games selection. I wish they had more slot games to offer.

Liberty Slots Casino is nice looking casino. I joined them a few weeks ago when I saw no deposit bonus offer. I decided to claim those free chips. I need to downloaded their software, because the bonus was not available at instant mode play.

This casino runs WGS Technology (Vegas Technology) software. Until now I did not played many times this kind of software games, but it was interesting because it was free chips. I played at minimum bets, but still I had no luck and I lost the bonus money pretty fast. I thought I will play more time with no deposit bonus, but it is ok.

I had nice time when I played here anyway. Later I deleted their software from my PC. I think I could play here again. I trust them. They have a good ration, and only 2 complaints which are already solved. If I will play again here with my own money, I will play with instant mode. Over the years, it has become harder and harder to trigger the bonus rounds, and really win any money. I do not visit them as often as I used to, because of this reason.
There are now, so many new casinos where the payouts are much more often. I will never quit visiting, but it just won't be near as much. They just need to ease up a bit.

Just had real credit stolen off me from playing a tournament, then was told I selected a game to bet 25 dollars a shot after it crashed and auto loaded the tournament which I was on. Customer service said I selected the cash game... I was winning on the tournament then they say technical will look into it within 48 hrs, yet the tournament ends in less time and they made me feel like I was trying to rip them off as they robbed me with their terrible software, or purposely more likely, this casino, customer service is terrible.

This casino gained my respect because they resolved one problem which was my fault and they could avoid my payment and close my account but they act great and I am thankful on that.

It was few months ago when I opened my account. I took no deposit bonus and played with it. I just spent THOUSANDS of dollars since December and I have not received enough to play for more then an hour at a time, Its sad when you love a casino but it has become so tight you can't play there anymore. Their sister casino Lincoln is no better! I just played my last $45 at Liberty and won't be back.
