Casino said a bank wire was sent on 4/18. I called 2 weeks later and customer service said they could see it had not been sent but I should give it more time. Called today and was told it had been sent and they needed to see my bank statement to show it hadn't been received. I asked for them to send me an official confirmation of payment before I would send my bank account statement to them. They refused. I would like official confirmation that my bank received the money as my bank said they did not. Or actual payment of the nearly $2500
