Just registered with this site and made my first deposit. Did not receive the advertised bonus free spins and 100% match so went to live chat. Firstly was told this could be corrected and also if I deposited another £20 further bonuses would be received which I agreed to do. Then was told to wait was then told I was not eligible for any bonuses and this was at the managements of casinos discretion.

I find this totally unfair and complete false advertising. Beware before you deposit and check if you will receive the advertised bonus.

Like game set up ,easy to navigate ,good game choice

second time I decided to give this casino a chance after having issues with a bonus first time around .Received emails on both occasions 100 free spins on choice of Starburst™, Gonzo’s Quest™, Aloha! Cluster Pays™, Fruit Shop™ and Elements™. But when you deposit,no free spins added as should be ,so have to go to live chat ,They then will only added 10p starburst games .I wanted to play gonzos quest as i enjoy the game ,but was told no .Emailed Lanadas ,again to be told starburst is one of the games listed and spins are added ,what mis advertisement of a bonus and is unfair on depositors,A con stay clear ,happened twice to me on here now ,wont be playing again

Plenty of good slots, but what's the point playing them if you can't trust Lanadas to honor there offers.

I played on this site and all was well, I played and won then lost my stake which is what happens with any type of gambling I'm fine with that, my complaint is that they then sent me a text message saying that if I made another deposit of any size I would receive 100 free spins, so I made a deposit but received no free spins, when I queried this over there chat room there accounts manager (Micheal) said I should not have received that text so they will not be honoring that offer, I even offered to resend the text back so he could check it, now I have been using online casinos for many years but this is the first time this has happened, not even a apology.

50 no-deposit free spins for new players? Woo, I cannot resist that kind of offer! Looking at the casino's info here at Askgamblers, I was glad to see that my country was not restricted. Not only that, the casino has Microgaming games too, and I was hoping Supe It Up would be available for me to play on, so I quickly clicked on the link provided here to go to the casino's website.

Testing out with my slow 2G connection, I was happy that the website could be loaded up, although a little slow, but I can accept that. Once there, I browsed through the various webpages, looking through the games available, the Bonus Terms, and especially the T&Cs. True enough, my country was not in the list of restricted countries. Then I wanted to search for my favourite Microgaming game, but there wasn't a 'search' box, so I had to manually select Microgaming to see the full list of the available games. Bad news - Supe It Up was not available, and neither was Isis or Mega Moolah Isis. Damn! That disappointed me a lot! Never mind about all the other games, they don't interest me that much, not even NetEnt or Quickspin games. With that, my interest in the casino literally got washed away - almost completely, if not for the 50 no-deposit free spins offer!

Ah well, win some, lose some, I was thinking. Very few casinos that have Microgaming games in their games list actually have my favourite Supe It Up game, so trying to find one more new casino that has this game was like trying to find a needle in the haystack! True enough, the message indicated 'we do not accept players from your current location', or something like that, so that dropped the bomb on me. Boom! One more new casino becoming out-of-bounds, although not indicated in Askgamblers casino review info here. Again, this isn't the first time, and it won't be the last time either.

The only dislike that I can say about Lanadas Casino, is not having my favourite Microgaming games. In all other aspects, I have no chance at all to find out for myself, and that sudden unexpected restriction was rather a disappointing blow, to say the least, so I will not give any rating for what I don't know.
