I won 2000 € in this casino. 1000 € cashout and sent all the necessary documents. I received an email stating that the documents will be checked after 48 hours. took 7 days and my documents were not checked and my cashout was canceled. Online chat does not say anything and there is no answer to the email. I do not understand what's wrong with my account and why canceled cashout .
Maybe they can explain the situation here.
