Avoid this Casino at all costs. They are an absolute disgrace. Not only do they not respond to emails but they also cut you off on live chat and refuse to speak English on the phone or call back. They are by far the most unprofessional Casino I have ever had to deal with. Their customer support staff are rude, unhelpful and frankly childish.
I seriously recommend staying away from them.

La Riviera casino came to my knowledge when I was cleaning spam folder in my email. I don't know why they sent me email for 15 euros no deposit bonus but i decided to take advantage of it because i love rtg casinos. It was very strange to me that there was no coupon code in my email only option was to download casino and when i create account i supposed to get my bonus.
I proceeded with download and installed their casino software waited for some time and bonus was not credited so i started live chat to see what is going on. There was this guy serge on the chat, he immediately started writing on french language but i did not understand the word he wrote. After he wrote few sentences on french which for me was like he wrote in klingon i wrote" English please" and he then understood that french is not universal language and that he needed to write English. He asked me for my details which i gladly gave him and after few minutes he was checking my account, bad news he said my country was not eligible for this bonus. I was a bit disappointed i must confess all this fuss for nothing.
Then it hit me I had some spare money on my Neteller and like the saying "When in Rome, do as the Romans do" i went straight to cashier to make a small deposit. Once i opened cashier i was very surprised. In the list off depositing options there was only one credit cards. My bank prohibits me to deposit straight to casino cashier i always go thru e wallets but here there was not any in La Riviera casino. I mean this is the worst mistake i ever saw in casino, How are people supposed to play when you cant even make a deposit. This kinda made me angry and I deleted this casino from my pc.
