I won 6700 euros at La Riviera Casino and waited for my payment for a very long time, no only did they not provide me with my payment, they also locked my account for no reason!

I provided all the documents they needed comply with all their terms!

We have been notified of the complaint about our casino posted on your website http:/­/ww­w.a­skg­amb­ler­s.c­om/­cas­ino­-co­mpl­ain­ts/­la-­riv­eri­a-c­asi­no-­wil­l-n­ot-­pay­-c975

In response to that, our casino deemed this player to be part of a group of players believed to be abusive.

They all reside in the same town in Canada and they are all of Chinese decent.

We have confirmation from our service provider that this player and several other were displaying the same gaming behavior and similar address details; they were banned from other RTG casinos as well.

The decision to confiscate the withdrawals was taken due to these fraudsters having made away with thousands of euros before we caught them.

All of these players including the one who posted on your forum have been contacted and informed of the situation.

None of them came back to prove their innocence on these charges.

I believe this will explain the situation much better.
