Refusing to credit Bitcoin deposit, ignoring my emails

Hi Community,

So I've made a deposit on Riviera with BTC, the transactions was confirmed and deducted from my Wallet. Unfortunately the Riviera customer support or finance or whoever is in charge there doesn't want to credit on my gaming account!!
First I was asked proof, I sent. Proof wasn't good enough for Riviera so I had to make a larger screenshot, this one was accepted and they said they check. Then after ignoring me couple days I went to the chat where a customer Service person told me that they didn't get the money even though I sent them the proof and that "I should call bitcoin", they don't even know how that works and were laughing at me :(
After a few more unanswered mails I now lay my hope on this Forum, I just want my money to be refund. To be fair a friend o mine is playing on Riviera and never had issues,
The deposit was made 24th of February for 0.0737 BTC which would be valued around $650 - I attached the proof of payment to this complaint in "private" mode for the forum management to see.

Oh and: Riviera confirmed on chat that I'm allowed to play from U.S before I made the deposit, my friend is also US and he plays there alot.

La Riviera Casino reduced my 3400+ balance to deposit without any explanation nor response
Let me first say I had a very good opinion about La Riviera casino when I started playing there. I'm a slots player myself and have not played anything else . I had made deposits on the regular and also had some cashouts not to big . These cashouts where payed fast and without issue. I enjoyed myself and had the idea I was going to keep playing here. That being said on this last occasion there was a bonus on my balance with wagering still on it. My balance was above 3400 euro and La Riviera casino simply removed it and put my deposit there instead. They have stated this term 4.9* and I can confirm that none of those things apply to me. I have send them an email to express my concern and to tell them how I feel about this but they have not replied and I simply can not accept this treatment. They don't have to offer me a bonus , that is La Riviera's choice , but when I get one in my email and make a deposit it certainly is not the time to remove my balance when I finally win something decent this year ! To La riviera: I have lost a lot of money this year it is simply not fair to remove my win ,we slots players get enough beating anyway !
