I could not find any additional icons to lead me to the feature. You can launch the live chat box, fill in some personal details and you’ll be transferred to an agent if one is available. However, when we tested the feature no one was available. When this happens, you will receive a reply by email. You can also email the casino directly. 

When you open the Contact Us section, you’ll also see some topics that have been covered. You’ll see some commonly asked questions around payments, casino bonuses and more. It may be worth checking here, especially if live chat is busy. Unfortunately, I could not see any options for phone support.
