I do not recommend Kazeeno. I informed them multiple times via live chat, email and directly through my VIP Manager that I suffer from gambling addiction and wanted to self-exclude. Despite this, I was still able to gamble and continued receiving VIP bonuses and promotions.
Based on my experience, their handling of responsible gambling appears extremely unprofessional.
