I'm only new to Joe's but first two deposits I made, $30 and $20, chose no bonus. Just played with the cash I deposited. I decided to cash out at $150 and $250 respectively, just to see if this casino actually allowed me to cash out without the run around. Usually seen now that Australia is no longer allowed to play with Microgaming and both times I cashed out and received funds into my Bitcoin wallet, Coinbase, within 48 hours.
Very impressed with this as I'm still waiting to be verified with another casino after two weeks.

If I didn't have a Bitcoin wallet to cash out to, I would be really annoyed at the $1200 minimum required to cash out via bank transfer. In my opinion that is way too high as a minimum to withdraw funds.
I recommend that players open a Bitcoin wallet prior to playing, so that once you request a withdrawal there are no holdups.

I had been a member for yrs made a lot of deposits. Referred friends etc. So I refer one of my friends as I have done before and the bonus doesn't work. Anyway, they say wait 24 hrs. I did. Then they say oh no 48 and it will be credited. 4 days later they send an email stating there was an error and we will be credited.... log in day 6 and they say nah its ur friends fault we aren't crediting it???? I closed my acc and will never recommend another person only warn them!! Terrible customer service and loyalty.

Just recently closed my account due to the stripped my bonus and player points off me no more cash back apparently i'm a skilled player and no longer require these things. I have been playing at Joe fortune almost since they started in Oz. They were pretty average first year.
I lost a lot.
Last few months I have noticed a change, more promotions, still pretty good bonuses, and their rewards system gives you a fair go.
What I like about Joe Fortune is that you can easily deposit via bitcoin, unlike many casinos it gets converted back to Aussie dollars, for playing. I find that it was difficult to track your balances in Bitcoin casinos, with the ever fluctuating Bitcoin.
The other thing I like is they have good random jackpot pokies. I have been lucky enough to win twice. You can win thousands for as little as 20cents.
They have a few video poker games and they pay full amounts on Jacks or better.
I have had no issues with payouts.

It can be a bit hard to find games as they are in alphabetical order. It takes a few clicks to get to video poker and they have only limited video games. The Keno is good but a 5c option is missing.

The identification process was straightforward and I have always received payouts on time without any hassles. Reasonable range of games. Customer support are very quick to respond to queries via email.

With some of their promotions, you do not get what has been advertised. I only closed my account with this casino because they couldn't get their act together with the promotions. You can wait for quite a while to communicate with a customer support person via online chat or telephone. Problems with their promotional emails makes me question their legitimacy - problems such as the email footer. The link to report abuse uses a non-existent email address. They have forgotten to add the links for Unsubscribing and to the Privacy Policy, even though the words are there. I have been trying to get myself removed from their email list, but even though they tell me I have been unsubscribed, they keep sending the emails to me. They have not been able to explain why this keeps happening.

Anyone else had a problem with withdrawals? It states on there website 24-48 hours for withdrawals and I’m still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed 9 days later. I have spoken to customer service many of times and they tell me the same thing “we are sorry this is just an estimation” 9 Days is a lot longer then 48 hours think they may need to re evaluate there time estimations

Joe Casino seem to me to be legit and have good wins. I tried heaps of main or honest supposed to be casinos, online and found most and all scammed, rigged, not get money, fair go casino no, house of jack no. Joe Casino seem to me to have legit wins, honest and they pay withdrawals. I tried platinum but my laptop wouldn't load it. It is for me this casino or go to a venue and play pokies .
