Stalling verification and pending $1,500 payment
Hey guys,
Ive been using Joefortune casino a while but never manage to make a cashout until recently. I managed to make up a $1500 balance and so submitted my documents straight away on the 8th of Feburary. I tried to log in the 9th and my account was closed. with a message to call them. The number was not active. I received an email the next morning to say my account has been re enabled (it was a problem with some details that had been transferred from LarryCasino who referred me when gambling to australia went downhill), but my documents have not been accepted as they were not clear enough. I resubbmitted my documents clear as day on the 11th Feb 8:44am. I have also attached proof of balance and pending withdrawl. I checked their facebook page which has been inactive since November 2017, and had a few complaints of non payment which is why im eager to get any help with this matter and it would be greatly appreciated.
