Account suspended after requesting withdrawal scam

I signed up to joefortune casino and made a small deposit and lost. The following day I decided to make 2 more larger deposits totalling $1500. I started playing and after getting lucky on a few different games i managed too accumulate a balance of $12,000. I requested a withdrawal of $6100. It said withdrawal could take up to 23 hours. Around 6 hours later I got an email saying withdrawal had been declined and another email minutes later stating my account was suspended while they conduct a review which would take 48 hours. I didn't break any rules. Did nothing illegal. I simply used my hard earned money too deposit and I won. It's been 72 hours now and the casino has not given me a reason why my account is suspended and exactly what they are reviewing.

The only valid reason I can think of is that the casino is been greedy and not happy that my withdrawals are more than my deposits.

This feels like I have been scammed and would not recommend players deposit here because the problems arise upon withdrawing

10 days after locking my account I received an email to say my account was closed permanently and all money seized due too criminal activity. Whats criminal about opening a personal account. Using my bank card with My money and winning 12k after opening the account a day before that? This casino is a joke and a scam. Any reason not too pay out wins too the extent they will use fake terms too get out of it when really the only criminals activity here is the casino offering its service to Australian players when they are actually listed as banned on the Australian regulators site. Do not sign up too this scam casino. Sorry losers and I hope they get what they deserve. To be shut down for good. Theft by deception is a crime

This is the same old generic excuse I receive on emails. But here's the concerning part. If joefortune is claiming that it is reviewing my account activity then how can it possibly take over 8 days too still be reviewing an account that was only open for 2 days before requesting a withdrawal? There was maybe 3 hours game time. The terms and conditions says deposits need too be turned over 1 time. I infact wagered my deposit at least 10 times. I didn't accept any bonus money so there was so bet size or game restrictions. I followed all rules and have not breached any of your terms and conditions. I believe if the casino would have found a breach if there was one by now. This is a typical stall tactic because I happen too win more than I deposited. But as your terms and conditions state. Fair is fair. If I follow the rules then Joe pays my wins. This is your own terms and conditions your breaching. I was advised the review would take 24-48 hours and that was 8 days ago. Perhaps if the casino could advise on how long the review would take rather than leaving it open than I would not be so worried about my account and funds. I need better responses and answers please
