Joe Fortune Casino - Account suspended after requesting withdrawal scam

I signed up to joefortune casino and made a small deposit and lost. The following day I decided to make 2 more larger deposits totalling $1500. I started playing and after getting lucky on a few different games i managed too accumulate a balance of $12,000. I requested a withdrawal of $6100. It said withdrawal could take up to 23 hours. Around 6 hours later I got an email saying withdrawal had been declined and another email minutes later stating my account was suspended while they conduct a review which would take 48 hours. I didn't break any rules. Did nothing illegal. I simply used my hard earned money too deposit and I won. It's been 72 hours now and the casino has not given me a reason why my account is suspended and exactly what they are reviewing.

The only valid reason I can think of is that the casino is been greedy and not happy that my withdrawals are more than my deposits.

This feels like I have been scammed and would not recommend players deposit here because the problems arise upon withdrawing

Joe Fortune Casino - Stalling verification and pending $1,500 payment

Hey guys, Ive been using Joefortune casino a while but never manage to make a cashout until recently. I managed to make up a $1500 balance and so submitted my documents straight away on the 8th of Feburary. I tried to log in the 9th and my account was closed. with a message to call them. The number was not active. I received an email the next morning to say my account has been re enabled (it was a problem with some details that had been transferred from LarryCasino who referred me when gambling to australia went downhill), but my documents have not been accepted as they were not clear enough. I resubbmitted my documents clear as day on the 11th Feb 8:44am. I have also attached proof of balance and pending withdrawl. I checked their facebook page which has been inactive since November 2017, and had a few complaints of non payment which is why im eager to get any help with this matter and it would be greatly appreciated. Joe Fortune Casino - Won’t pay $4000 and disabled my account

I opened an account 5 days ago on joe fortune and, deposited a total amount of $447 in small deposits throughout that time period As it so happens I managed to get my account balance up to $4000 last night so I submitted a withdrawal request via bitcoin. Withdrawals go through a pending time of 72 hours This afternoon I tried to access my account only to find it had been disabled saying contact casino. I rang them to find out that they have forfeited my winnings on the grounds that I have requested exclusions from OTHER casinos due to gambling problems and that they will refund my deposits but the $4000 will be forfeited. I found this very hard to take, I am a person who has definitely had my issues with gambling addiction but I was not excluded from this casino nor did I tell them I had a gambling problem. I just think it’s so convenient to disable my account that has a pending withdrawal rather than while I’m depositing then come up with an excuse not to pay me. I have put my fair share of money into online casinos in my time and wins are few and far between. But to be refused a withdrawal as large as this and to have the account disabled I believe is simply an excuse not to pay and I’m not happy, it’s really hard to take actually.

Withdrawal process exceeds 72 hours approval it’s now day 10 and I’m still waiting for my withdrawal to be approved it’s still pending withdrawal request submitted 9.30 pm 17 December 2017 for $10280 it’s now the 28 December and it’s still not approved I like this matter sorted ASAP hardly fair that you expect people to wait this long for withdrawal to be approved then wait another 5-10 days for wire transfer in 2017 this is not acceptable

Gaming software is good. They have some of the slots which I like playing n which some other casinos don't have Eg: ThunderstruckII. Games look fair. Wagering is a bit high 40x but you can forfeit bonus. Customer service is good.

Long withdrawal process and processing fees for withdrawals. I won about 2300AUD sometime ago and made withdrawl. I did not want to play that. It was in pending for almost 2 days. I got an email saying my withdrawal has been processed. I logged into my account that night to see that the funds were still there for me to reserve. Being a gambler I chose to play and lost it all. I have won about 3500 again and have decided not to play until I receive those funds. I had to disable my account temporarily in order not to play my winnings.

It says 5-10 days for wire transfer. I don't understand how a wire transfer would take 5 to 10 working days in 2017 while they claim they are specifically for Aussies.

I have played in casinos based out of Europe and have received funds in my account in 1 working day always. Let's see how long it would take before I receive it in my account. You can only withdraw once a month and minimum has to be more than 1500$. There s charge of 50$ processing fee for subsequent withdrawals.
Well, looks like they want me to play forever and ever -Only if I had that much of patience and perseverance😊. I wish to get the money soon and put an end to this.

They need to work on quick withdrawal options especially if they are catering only to Australians.
