Won’t pay $4000 and disabled my account

I opened an account 5 days ago on joe fortune and, deposited a total amount of $447 in small deposits throughout that time period
As it so happens I managed to get my account balance up to $4000 last night so I submitted a withdrawal request via bitcoin.
Withdrawals go through a pending time of 72 hours
This afternoon I tried to access my account only to find it had been disabled saying contact casino.
I rang them to find out that they have forfeited my winnings on the grounds that I have requested exclusions from OTHER casinos due to gambling problems and that they will refund my deposits but the $4000 will be forfeited.
I found this very hard to take, I am a person who has definitely had my issues with gambling addiction but I was not excluded from this casino nor did I tell them I had a gambling problem. I just think it’s so convenient to disable my account that has a pending withdrawal rather than while I’m depositing then come up with an excuse not to pay me. I have put my fair share of money into online casinos in my time and wins are few and far between. But to be refused a withdrawal as large as this and to have the account disabled I believe is simply an excuse not to pay and I’m not happy, it’s really hard to take actually.
