Jeet Ciy Casino not responding to self exclusion request

This is my 2nd time issuing a complaint for the same issue. The first time I got email from Ask Gamblers saying my complaint is not justified, which I find really confusing. Why would I make a complaint about a casino not self-excluding me if it was not true? Just to waste my and your time?

Again, I would like to point out that I have sent multiple emails to VIP email of Jeet City Casino but they just ignore the request while they respond to other emails regarding bonuses, withdrawals, etc. This time I am attaching also screen shot of my request for self exclusion send in December. Attached also screen shot of my account and screenshot of play history where you will see that I still played yesterday, hence it is obvious that my account is not self-excluded.

Please do the needful so that Jeet City will self-exclude me.

In the complaints section under Jeet City casino I see I am not the only one who had and issue with Self Exclusion. Ask Gamblers should not give good rating to casinos that do not follow their own "Responsible gaming" T&C'c.

Absolutely no responsible gaming here

I emailed them a bet and over even cc’d ask gamblers.

All they do is delay and offer free money.

I am trying to quit gaming. I want this account closed. Please tell them to close it. Please. Look at all reviews online. Everyone is complaining.

They don’t care about mentally ill people who can’t stop gaming.

I want the account permanently closed asap.

Jeetcity casino refusing my deposit and wager limits requests

I tried many times to set wager/deposit and to close my account for weeks via live chat/emails, but all my requests were refused.

As a problem gambler I have never had this trouble before.

I was always told that they can not do anything “because my vip manager is offline” and it would take up to weeks to get replies.

I finally got my account closed and sent them a complaint, but no reply at all again.

Request from casino to be unable to play until payment has been processed

Dear Askgambles.

After making a deposit to JeetCity I manage to get a super fast withdrawal of 600€.

Same day I deposited and managed in a couple of days to get a balance of 5000€.

I requested a withdrawal but I had to go through verification in which I complied to every request.

But because I was canceling all the time my withdrawal to play, I send an email to the casino to block me from playing until the account is verified and the payment of 5000€ was made.

So the casino asked me a last document and inside the email was confirmed that I may not play until the verification process was completed.

As shown to me the emails with the times sent, I was still able to log in, cancel and still play during the confirmation of the casino that I may not play.

So I cancel the withdrawal, still being able to play.

After my balance went to 3000€ I sent another email to the casino to block me from playing but still nothing.

After the request of withdrawal of the 3000€ my withdrawal was constantly rejected “provider payment issue” while the first withdrawal was super smooth.

I requested that JeetCasino refund me the 5000€ that I lost while I should be on exclusion until the the verification process was completed and my payment was processed.

I registered on jeetcity casino my balance was 86100inr and I set loss limit 7300inr for 24hrs. I played and reached 7300inr limit. If I place bets more than 7300inr it should reject my bet instead it accepts bets until my balance gets zero. They told me via chat it is a technical error so I requested them to get a refund of my balance up to my loss limit. They didn't take any action. I have the right to take refund because I set loss limit I shouldn't lose more than my limit. The error is from jeetcity casino. I request you to resolve my issue and make them get refund up to my limit. Thanks

Deposit of 20,000 INR still not credited to my account after 3 days

I deposit in jeetcity casino but now 3 days later it's not yet credited. I deposit by Indian payment method phone pe. The casino provides Indian payment methods but this chat agent wasn't really aware with Indian payment methods.

I am now waiting for 3 days my money to be credited. Plz help me to get my money.

Pretty good service. I love how many different categories they have; you never really get bored. The only reason I’m giving 8 stars instead of 10 is that I’d like to see more frequent updates to the platform, but that’s just me being picky. JeetCity is still better than 90% of what's out there.

Withdrawal in crypto was done quite fast. Nothing else good to say about this site. I will not seposit a singke EUR more to this site. They do not follow fair practice and operate against respinsable gambling terms.

I despise casinos that do not have option on the site to set responsible gaming. I have followed their instructions and sent noumerous emails for account closure (66 emails) and for self exclusion (also 66 emails), not a single reply was given and my account remains open. When I ask chat they reply every day the same thing... that my request was forwarded to VIP agent and that they cant close account or self exclude over chat. Nothing ever happends. This kind of casinos shouldnt exist. All casino sites should have optiin for player to set responsible gaming limits or close account by themselfs.
