Payouts and verification are deliberately delayed so that you can cancel and play the Money down. Customer support is lying and uses copy and paste. Since friday the Support says „24h you have to wait“ today I received 3000€ from 5000€. What about the 2000€? Surely I will wait another 4 days to receive it. I’m never playing here again. Then they also have a welcome bonus package for new players that covers your first 3 deposits- you get 100% bonus for your first deposit, 50% for your second deposit and 75% match bonus for your third deposit. And along with the match bonus, all offers come with different free spins amounts on top. Also, I find the wagering requirements to be quite friendly as they are only 40x bonus amount. But one thing to mention is that there's a quite low maximum bet you can place when wagering- only 1 eur. While it works for me as I rarely play with higher bets, I think that some players might not like it, as most casinos have a maximum bet of 5 eur when wagering and 1eur is very low.
Having said that, I decided to sign up and claim the casinos' welcome bonus package. I didn't experience any issues, played a few of my favorite games but unfortunately didn't have luck with any of my deposits so no withdrawals were made.
