Jeetcity casino refusing my deposit and wager limits requests

I tried many times to set wager/deposit and to close my account for weeks via live chat/emails, but all my requests were refused.

As a problem gambler I have never had this trouble before.

I was always told that they can not do anything “because my vip manager is offline” and it would take up to weeks to get replies.

I finally got my account closed and sent them a complaint, but no reply at all again.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. This complaint is not about withdrawal times. It states and your site that deposit/wager limits can be set up via live chat. The live chat operator then says “for security reasons it has to be done via email” what are the security reasons? This is just a tactic to delay the proces? Then it took 5 days to get a reply for this deposit limit request, because “my vip manager is offline”. Is this in accordance to your responsible gaming guidelines?

We must emphasise that our Payments Team always strives to process withdrawal requests within our stated timeframe of up to 48 hours, . This timeframe may be affected by weekends and bank holidays. Your withdrawal was handled within the expected timeframe.
Furthermore, your account activity during the time in question shows continued voluntary gameplay and multiple bonus requests. On several occasions, after expressing interest in limits or closure, you accepted and used bonus funds, indicating a desire to continue playing rather than a firm intent to self-exclude due to gambling harm.

As such, we must clarify that we do not find grounds for a refund of deposits made during this period. There was no technical malfunction or breach of terms from the casino’s side, and your gameplay was conducted under fair conditions.

Hi, thank you for finally replying. The “your manager is offline” line was used several times. I want my deposits returned from 03.06 (the day I tried to set up limits via live chat & email) up to the date of my successful account clousure

My self exclusion request its not closed and answered

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to file a complaint against JeetCity regarding their handling of my responsible gambling request.

On 31 August 2026, I contacted JeetCity by email and explicitly asked them to close my account because I was experiencing gambling problems and needed to stop playing.

I also contacted their Live Chat about the same issue. The chat agent instructed me to contact the Support Team by email, which I did.

However, I received no response from Support and, most importantly, my account remained open and I was still able to deposit, play and gamble.

As a result, I continued gambling and lost additional money after I had already informed JeetCity that I had a gambling problem and requested that my account be closed.

I believe this should be investigated as a responsible gambling/self-exclusion matter.

I am not asking for reimbursement of my previous gambling losses. My complaint concerns specifically the deposits and losses made after my request for account closure due to gambling problems on 31 August 2026.

I have evidence of my original email and the Live Chat conversation, and I can provide screenshots and my transaction history if required.

I would ask AskGamblers to investigate the case and assist me in obtaining a review of the losses incurred after my self-exclusion request.

I would also like JeetCity to explain why my account was not restricted or closed after I explicitly informed them that I had a gambling problem.

Asked to permanently self exclude and told to think about it

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding how my request to close my account due to gambling harm was handled.

On March 30th, I clearly stated:
“I would like to permanently close my account” and followed this by confirming “I am spending too much money so need to stop gambling.”

This was an explicit request to stop gambling due to loss of control. Under responsible gambling obligations, this should have resulted in immediate account closure or self-exclusion, or at the very least clear and direct action being taken to prevent further gambling.

Instead, I received responses encouraging me to “take my time” and suggesting there was “no rush to make any decisions,” with no action taken to restrict my account. At no point was my account closed or meaningfully limited following my request.

As a result, I was able to continue gambling and incurred further losses after I had clearly expressed that I was experiencing harm and wished to stop.

JeetCIty Casino - Impossible verification requested

I verified my account 3 days ago and received a payout. I played again today using Apple Pay as well as payment directly from my account. I requested to withdraw my winnings and it was rejected with instructions to verify my last deposit, which was Apple Pay. I was able to send screenshots showing the payment came out of my Apple Pay and my credit card and the information they want is impossible to provide. They need my full name, the date, and time of the deposit on my banking app. My credit card app doesn’t not show this information (for example, it doesn’t show my full name) but I was able to send screenshots showing the payment came from my card.

Jeet Ciy Casino not responding to self exclusion request

Hello,

This is my 2nd time issuing a complaint for the same issue. The first time I got email from Ask Gamblers saying my complaint is not justified, which I find really confusing. Why would I make a complaint about a casino not self-excluding me if it was not true? Just to waste my and your time?

Again, I would like to point out that I have sent multiple emails to VIP email of Jeet City Casino but they just ignore the request while they respond to other emails regarding bonuses, withdrawals, etc. This time I am attaching also screen shot of my request for self exclusion send in December. Attached also screen shot of my account and screenshot of play history where you will see that I still played yesterday, hence it is obvious that my account is not self-excluded.

Please do the needful so that Jeet City will self-exclude me.

In the complaints section under Jeet City casino I see I am not the only one who had and issue with Self Exclusion. Ask Gamblers should not give good rating to casinos that do not follow their own "Responsible gaming" T&C'c.

All they do is delay and offer free money.

I am trying to quit gaming. I want this account closed. Please tell them to close it. Please. Look at all reviews online. Everyone is complaining.

Request from casino to be unable to play until payment has been processed

Dear Askgambles.

After making a deposit to JeetCity I manage to get a super fast withdrawal of 600€.

Same day I deposited and managed in a couple of days to get a balance of 5000€.

I requested a withdrawal but I had to go through verification in which I complied to every request.

But because I was canceling all the time my withdrawal to play, I send an email to the casino to block me from playing until the account is verified and the payment of 5000€ was made.

So the casino asked me a last document and inside the email was confirmed that I may not play until the verification process was completed.

As shown to me the emails with the times sent, I was still able to log in, cancel and still play during the confirmation of the casino that I may not play.

So I cancel the withdrawal, still being able to play.

After my balance went to 3000€ I sent another email to the casino to block me from playing but still nothing.

After the request of withdrawal of the 3000€ my withdrawal was constantly rejected “provider payment issue” while the first withdrawal was super smooth.

I requested that JeetCasino refund me the 5000€ that I lost while I should be on exclusion until the the verification process was completed and my payment was processed.

JeetCity Casino- Technical issue, refund up to my limit

I registered on jeetcity casino my balance was 86100inr and I set loss limit 7300inr for 24hrs. I played and reached 7300inr limit. If I place bets more than 7300inr it should reject my bet instead it accepts bets until my balance gets zero. They told me via chat it is a technical error so I requested them to get a refund of my balance up to my loss limit. They didn't take any action. I have the right to take refund because I set loss limit I shouldn't lose more than my limit. The error is from jeetcity casino. I request you to resolve my issue and make them get refund up to my limit. Thanks

I deposit in jeetcity casino but now 3 days later it's not yet credited. I deposit by Indian payment method phone pe. The casino provides Indian payment methods but this chat agent wasn't really aware with Indian payment methods.
