It is crystal clear what is happening: Jeet City is happy to take your money while you’re "collecting" points, but the moment you have a balance high enough to claim a significant prize, they move the goalposts and lock the door. They are refusing to honor their own loyalty program and are using shifting, easily debunked excuses to avoid a payout. I have full email transcripts and screenshots of this entire deceptive exchange. If you are a high roller or a VIP, be warned: they will treat you like royalty until it’s time for them to pay up. After that, they’ll treat you like a nuisance. Stay away.
