Fetbet Casino - Delaying verification and payment

Hello, I've tried to make a withdrawal yesterday, after which i've received a message from support to send a number of documents around 2pm yesterday: (screenshot - http://take.ms/KG0de) After that i've sent all documents and live chat agent confirmed, that my documents are received and i'll be verified and contacted shortly. It's more than a day passed after that, and i'm not receiving any response about my documents (it usually takes around 30 mins to verify 6 photos) - when i'm asking in live chat again, they're just telling 'it will be done as soon as possible' - which means nothing, It's obviously looking as delaying verification and payments See the screenshot of my declined withdrawals (2500 EUR last) - http://take.ms/YfQjS Hope this will be resolved soon.

Fetbet Casino - Entropay withdrawal been ignored and denied after 6 successful deposits

totally ignores you on chat window, get generic answers to questions not even asked. i found some response at 4 to 5 am local time and told to email support or docs department.also told they would email me. never received 1 email and sent half a dozen,the 1 chat person told me doc department needs to see deposit card with numbers and name showing. I explained through chat once and 4 emails its an ENTROPAY VISA its like a gift card there is no name on it,i went to great detail explaining what entropay card is and how others in industry know what it is and I also sent statements showing deposits 6 in total,they have $500 US in my funds they basically ignore you and avoid I would like to forward all chat logs to askgamblers but im not sure how im a fossil

I like this casino and the support they are giving is very good. I definitely recommend this casino.

The bonus that I should claim it from my account. But its my fault that I didn't read the bonus terms carefully. Also the Live chat gave me some advice " Please ask twice if you are not sure about something in our website".
