Entropay withdrawal been ignored and denied after 6 successful deposits


totally ignores you on chat window, get generic answers to questions not even asked. i found some response at 4 to 5 am local time and told to email support or docs department.also told they would email me. never received 1 email and sent half a dozen,the 1 chat person told me doc department needs to see deposit card with numbers and name showing. I explained through chat once and 4 emails its an ENTROPAY VISA its like a gift card there is no name on it,i went to great detail explaining what entropay card is and how others in industry know what it is and I also sent statements showing deposits 6 in total,they have $500 US in my funds they basically ignore you and avoid I would like to forward all chat logs to askgamblers but im not sure how im a fossil
