Secrets of Atlantis Slot NetEnt

Secrets of Atlantis Slot is a water-themed 40-payline video slot, powered by NetEnt software platform. Based on the fictional island called Atlantis, the game features colourful symbols from the underwater world. This win-both-ways slot has 5 transparent reels set against the ocean background. Players are welcome to try Secrets of Atlantis Slot for free, or visit any of the listed NetEnt Casinos to play for real money.

Before you begin the nautical adventure, you are advised to set your bets. Use “Coin value” to regulate the coin size, ranging from 0.01 to 1. Adjust the coin size using the “Level” selector. “Max Bet” shows the value equal to the number of paylines selected, multiplied by the bet per line value. “Autoplay” is used to adjust the number of times the reels spin without interruption. When you are ready, simply hit “Spin” and start the game.

The game possesses the Nudge Wild symbol which is the Mermaid. It covers 4 positions on any of the reels, therefore it may occur fully or partially depending on how each of the reel turns. In case part of the Mermaid symbol lands on an active payline, it will be nudged up or down until it covers the entire reel. Likewise, if the Wild lands partially during the Colossal Symbols Respin feature, it will be pushed up or down to cover the whole reel.

A Colossal is a symbol block of 3x4 symbols and it may occur during the Colossal Symbols Respin feature only.

The Highlight feature is randomly activated, during which, any of the reels 2, 3, and 4 may be highlighted. If the 3 aforementioned reels are highlighted simultaneously, a Colossal Symbols Respin will be triggered.

During the Colossal Respin feature, the reels 2, 3, and 4 transform into one reel with Colossal block of symbols. These symbols may be displayed fully or partially. Players can benefit from this feature since it is possible to land up to 12 Colossal symbols on the middle reels simultaneously, which may significantly increase one’s winning potential.

Atlantis, is a fictional island mentioned in an allegory on the hubris of nations in Plato's works Timaeus and Critias...
Where it represents the antagonist naval power that besieges "Ancient Athens", the pseudo-historic embodiment of Plato's ideal state in The Republic. In the story, Athens repels the Atlantean attack unlike any other nation of the known world, supposedly bearing witness to the superiority of Plato's concept of a state. The story concludes with Atlantis, falling out of favor with the deities and submerging into the Atlantic Ocean.
The 'Secrets Of Atlantis' coming from NetEnt Software with 5 reels, 4 rows and 40 Paylines. You will see Scattered pearls, emeralds, amethysts and rubies, this game offers wins both ways, re-spins and some unique bonus features. With multipliers galore there are plenty of opportunities for colossal wins with the Colossal Symbol feature that occupies a 3x4 block. The beautiful Mermaid will also help the player to unlock the Secret of the sunken city.

The Secrets of Atlantis is another releases from NetEnt. Beautiful theme with great graphics and so calming background soundtrack. I could play this video slot for hours and enjoy my session. I think NetEnt was inspired by 'Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea' movie. It is 5-reels, 40 pay lines video slot. It is playable from 0.40 cents per spin. This game is all about hidden treasure in the sea underworld with mermaids swimming trough deep and dark waters. There is expanding Wild mermaid symbol and she looks beautiful but unfortunately she doesn't pay itself nor she double wins, it only substitute for all symbols. She appears partially or fully on the reels. For the God sake there isn't Scatter symbol in this game. There isn't Free Spins nor Bonus game to be won.

You will notice highlighted reels in this game. They can randomly be highlighted on every spin ,appearing in the middle and they increases chances of winning along with nudge mermaid Wild symbol. I have played on several occasions but with no success at all. My biggest win was 40 x bet size and its thanks to nudge mermaid. The positive fact is that this game pays both ways. And there is colossal re-spin mode. I never managed to activate re-spin mode. This game look fantastic, it's also fun to play but my sessions were rather disappointing because my luck was down to zero and it look like a hard mission to unlock available features.

I must admit I get fully excitement while playing but the only thing that bothers me so much is that I never could trigger some massive win. I can't count how many times I played The Secrets of Atlantis but I am kind of skeptic because I wasn't lucky and my felling are mixed. I think I will be happy to get another round of free spins offers and I would recommend this game to everyone.

This is a great looking game and I was excited to give it a try when a few of my favourite casinos handed me a bunch of free spins to try the game after it was released a few weeks ago. Alarm bells were ringing right away though when several of these sets of free spins returned a big fat zero, I mean how is that even possible with a game that has a four by five reel area, twenty pay lines, and also pays both ways?!

Still, I did have a good return at one casino where I received 20 free spins so decided to keep on spinning the game with the balance I had accumulated to see if I might be able to score a bonus round and subsequently a decent chance to beat the 30x wagering attached to the free spins. Flicking through the paytable though my heart sunk as I realized this was yet another NetEnt slot where they haven't even bothered to include a bonus - there are no scatters, no free spins, no bonus modes whatsoever. Who on earth thinks this is a good idea?!

Trying to be positive though, there is a "highlight" feature which covers several positions on the centre three reels each time you spin the reels and occasionally this highlight will cover all three of those reels in their entirety, triggering the colossal re-spin mode. I wouldn't exactly call this a feature however it is at least fairly exciting when it arrives as the possibility of covering all three centre reels with a wild always feels tantalizingly close!

So far I have only managed to land the wild during the colossal re spin once, it was only just on screen as it landed on the fourth and final row however in this game any time a wild falls into view it is nudged to cover the entire reel in full which meant I had a much bigger pay day than I was expecting. I calculated that the jackpot in this game should be 1,600x your stake which isn't the highest around but should be plenty for most slots players and is certainly a prize worth winning!

Overall Secrets of Atlantis is certainly not a terrible game and I certainly felt much more positive about it than I was expecting after playing it for a couple of hours in total. I might even give it another try some time soon and I certainly didn't expect to be thinking that at the beginning of my session!

Secrets of Atlantis is a very powerful video slot game from Net Entertainment. I love the theme of this slot, it is very innovative and the sound effects are very serene. I found this game to be medium variance, with great possibilities to win during the base game and the features too.

Secrets of Atlantis is a 5 reels and 40 pay lines video slot game. I have played this game on couple of occasions and I had only short sessions playing this exact slot. Sometimes you need only couple of minutes to see what kind of slot you have and make a decision is it worth the play or not. And the Secrets of Atlantis is definitely worth the try. This game uses the Greek mythology as its main theme and a mysterious mermaid that is used as a wild symbol here. The first feature that I came across when I played this game was the Nudge Wild feature. The mermaid can appear only partially or fully on the reels. Then it can be nudged up or down to cover the whole reel and offer you some more winning combinations. The highest amount that I have managed to hit thanks to this feature was 200 x bet.

In the Secrets of Atlantis video slot game there is one more feature where the 3 middle reels are randomly highlighted. I did not manage to hit any win with this feature, but probably because my session was really short.

The only thing that the Secrets of Atlantis slot is missing is the old fashioned free spins feature. But even without this feature I believe that this game has a huge potential to pay big. Next time I make a deposit I will definitely spend more time playing this slot only. I would recommend this game to anyone because it is one of those slots that really have everything that it needs.

Secrets of Atlantis is a 5 reel, 4 row, 40 payline slot from Net Entertainment. You submerge yourself in the underwater world where you get to relive the ancient tale of the lost city of Atlantis. It’s a win both ways game so that doubles your chances of winning. I think this slot is based on the lost city of Atlantis.

Symbols on the reels include crabs, turtles, jellyfish and gem versions of these sea creatures. There’s also a clam which is the highest value symbol rewarding you with 400 times your line bet if you get 5 on a payline. Look out too for the mysterious mermaid who is the wild symbol. Wild symbol nudges which means if only part of the mermaid is visible then it nudges up or down to cover the entire reel as wild.

This game does not have bonus or free spins feature. It has a highlight feature, where the middle 3 reels are highlighted with symbols. If you manage to get the 3 middle reels highlighted. Then a colossal symbols re-spin feature is triggered. The middle 3 reels will transform into 1 colossal symbol. The colossal symbols 3x4 and if you land a colossal symbol that is highlighted another re-spins is triggered. You just need to find a mermaid on reels 1 or 5 together with the clap symbol and you guaranteed a big win to bag a profit.

I tried this slot a couple of times and had a few big wins. Unfortunately it was on minimum or very low bets as this game can take your money in a few minutes without any wins. So I would say this game is of medium variance and sometimes it can play for completing wagering where you balance remain stable. If you want something with bigger wins and like the say theme I would recommend lord of the ocean.

Secrets of Atlantis is a new addition to the Netent family that grabbed my attention for it's satisfying graphics, paylines and it's pays. The aquatic Netent "under the sea" slot reveals 40 paylines costing only $0.20 per bet. Very similar to the multicolored slot "Starburst", it pays on either side, left to right and right to left! I could say Secrets of Atlantis can be the older adult of the family compared to Starburst as the feature has re-spins, not in the way that Starburst delivers. The re-spin feature is much different, I do not have to chase rainbow shaped star gems to expand the reels wild, no........in Secrets of Atlantis, the reels on 2nd , 3rd and 4th reels have a white highlight on stacks that when all 3 highlighted stacked symbols are aligned in each of those 3 reels, it causes a "colossal symbol" re-spin of a random symbol used to potentially thrash potential hits!

It can both be a great sign of collecting a splash of wins or the "alluring siren" to make you feel helpless in her hypnotically angelic voice. The wilds here do not create any re-spins like in Starburst but they do have there own unique way of helping out. These mermaid wilds can appear impartial to the reels but when they come out to play, they will stick their head up high to expand or drift down to grab my attention....."is that that Serbian hottie or have I been underwater for too long?".

Anyways, more paylines for better odds, mermaid wilds nudging for a substitution for a "wink", and a colossal random feature that is just plain random hitting. Secrets of Atlantis is a 6 out of 10, she can be better but sadly NetEnt did not provide the magic she deserved! How can a pretty lady like that walk on land?

I like Secrets of Atlantis just a little more than Starburst for it's paylines but here is the knife that cuts my interests apart. The colossal re-spin once triggered does not make the effort to hold up it's bargain when it lands on the reels! Either the random symbol drops partially or it is the wrong symbol to land against Reel 1 & 5......like for example Turtles on Reel 1, a colossal Clam occupying 2nd, 3rd and 4th while the last reel contains gems. Worst thing is if another triggered re-spin hits nothing again. No exciting bonuses mean no "secrets" for this Atlantis!

There's only been a few games on Atlantis so far, from a few game providers, and this is NetEnt's latest offering, Secrets Of Atlantis. Not to say that is is an astonishing new game as one would expect from NetEnt nowadays, but more of a subdued attempt with acceptable animations and contemporary graphical qualities. And when it is about Atlantis, it is all about hidden treasures in a sunken world, and of course, of mermaids. Well, Atlantis can only be visually seen in this game in the background scenario, in murky deep waters, in a cool but mysterious atmosphere. Let's hope the game itself is as mysterious as the ruins of Atlantis, and as rich as the hidden treasures to be found.

If you're looking for a vibrant Wild symbol in this game, as I usually would do, because the Wild is usually the most significant symbol in any game, well, you won't find it. There isn't one. What you do get instead is a beautiful mermaid, a nudging mermaid, that nudges itself into full view whenever it appears only in part on the reels. So you will always see this Mermaid in its full glory and beauty, an Expanding Wild Mermaid to be precise. Sadly though, she's a little dumb, the Wild symbol I mean, because she doesn't pay for herself, she doesn't double any wins, but does substitute for all other symbols. What's also missing in this game is the Scatter symbol, so getting nice wins from 3, 4 or 5 Scatters are out.

The beauty of Secrets of Atlantis lies in the appearance of Massive Symbols on the reels, whenever reels 2, 3 and 4 are all fully highlighted at the same time, creating a Massive Symbol of 3x4 symbols in size and awarding one Respin. Being partly highlighted won't do. So all you need to get, and hope to get, are matching symbols on both reels 1 and 5 to get an incredible All-of-a-kind massive win! Nope, it certainly wouldn't come easily, you can bet on that. If the appearing Massive symbol is fully highlighted in the Respin, another Respin is awarded. No full highlighting, no Respin. This is the most significant 'Secret' of this game, beating the Nudging Mermaid Expanding Wild into second place. That's how I see it anyway.

The game plays with 5 reels and 4 rows, something which I don't quite like, but everything looks just fine in this game. The play area doesn't look cramped or confusing, which is good, but the icons are a little too small for my liking. With 40 paylines and paying both ways left-to-right and right-to-left, Secrets of Atlantis promises to offer plenty of winning chances, with all-of-a-kind win possibilities with its Massive Symbols, but don't expect Atlantis to suddenly rise up out of the deep waters to the surface. It just cannot happen, not when the paytable doesn't provide for such possibilities. All paying symbols have very low values, from just 400x down to 15x the line bet, there aren't any win multipliers, the Expanding Wilds don't double any wins, so huge wins are unfortunately not possible.

I gave this game several good attempts, hoping for a satisfactory gameplay that would defy the very low paytable, but it just didn't happen. I had a few 3-consecutive Respins of the Massive Symbols, but not one paid out huge! The best I got was 4 reels of the same symbol, paying 89x my bet amount, and that was it. The others were all broken into pieces, tiny miserable paying pieces. Even if I could get all-of-a-kind of the highest paying symbol, the Oyster, that would only pay me 400x my total bet amount! Not a lot is it?

Secrets of Atlantis is the very latest game from Netent software as it was released only a couple of days ago. To be honest, I wasn't looking forward to this release because of two reasons- one is the fact that I am not a fan for most of Netent's new games and secondly because I didn't know about this game release up until few days before it landed. I don't know why but I feel like When Pigs Fly slot was more announced, but maybe that's just me.

I had some free spins on this game and to be frank, I wasn't impressed with the game. The design looked really nice as it is inspired by water theme and the slot it self has 4 rows and stacked symbols and the game was very affordable with it's 40 paylines and cost of only 20 cents per spin. But when I had many free spins bonuses where I would win only 4€ from 50 free spins, I wasn't impressed at all.

However, my mind was changed only few days ago. I was playing at Slotjoint casino and had some money in balance and I noticed this game within their new games list. I played this game with minimum stakes only and I completely changed my mind, as I managed to get at least two wins over 100x bet and many other decent hits. I noticed that this game can be good fit for wagering as it gives regular winnings on the base game. I also enjoy the fact that with it's colorful design and nudge wild symbols, it is very entertaining even though it has no regular bonus round. But that being said, the bonus feature it has, is really exciting and it can be triggered often as you need only reels 2, 3 and 4 covered with highlighted background to trigger it. The feature is a re- spin where the middle reels are covered with one giant symbol and the best part is that it can also be a wild symbol and I experienced it more than once. You can also get more than just one re-spin, and my best result was 3 re-spins with this feature. That is when you can get really good winnings.

Secrets of Atlantis is a game I will definitely keep playing. I like that it keeps steady balance and can also produce decent winnings. The wild symbols are very handy as they nudge and it helps to make much better winning combinations. And last but not least, I like that it is so comfy to be played on mobile as I had a long session with this slot on mobile and I had no technical issues or lagging because of the high quality design and graphics. This is a game with entertainment factor and decent payouts, so I would recommend it.

Secrets of Atlantis is video slot powered by NetEnt software provider. It has 5 reels and 40 pay lines. I like underwater theme here, but other things not so much. Hehe. I tried it just yesterday, I had no good wins on it and I lost some of my money pretty fast.

This video slot has highlight feature. During each, every spin the highlight feature randomly highlights positions on reels 2, 3 and 4. If the highlights completely cover all three reels at the end of a spin, a colossal symbols re-spin is activated. Colossal symbols will be fully or partially displayed depending on how the reel lands. The colossal symbol will always be fully displayed on the row. If the reel with colossal symbols is fully highlighted, an additional colossal re-spin is activated.

Beside this colossal respins there is one additional ´mode´. Nudge wild. If only part of the nudge wild appears on the rows, the wild is nudged up or down covering the entire reel.

While I was playing this game, I triggerred colossal symbols respins a few times. I like that respins appears quite often, I also expected that; since this game has no free spins feature or anything like that. Once I triggered two respins in a row, but the results from them was only around x20 bet. This was also my best result from Secrets of Atlantis until now.

I think this could be a good game to play it sometimes, but I don't think I will play it so often. The only reason is because I got many empty, dead spins. And this one reminds me on game Space Wars where getting 10 or more empty spins in a row is nothing unusual. Yeah I don't like so many empty spins in a row, so I rather play other games. Beside that the payouts were nothing special here for me while I was playing it. I expected bigger winnings for almost a full screen of some symbol. My ratio – 6 stars.

During this month of August 2016 “NetEnt” has made available to all players its latest game called “Secrets of Atlantis,” a slot of mean-variance with an attractive theme based on the underwater world to which it has been added a touch of fantasy by including images of mermaids and treasures on it that represent the power of inhabitants of the lost city of Atlantis.

From my point of view, this slot is, overall, a very interesting game because it has a structure of 5 x 4 reels, 40 paylines, a wild symbol with the image of a mermaid that is nudged until to fill the entire reel; it also pays lines formed in both directions from left to right and right to left, and additionally all symbols can appear stacked, which opens the door to the possibility of getting a big win at any time.

All these features themselves already provide us a fun and interesting base game from the financial point of view, but to all these features we must still add the “Highlight Feature” which grants us a respin with a colossal symbol with the size of the 3 central reels that gives us an excellent chance to get more big wins and even more respins.

My best rewards in “Secrets of Atlantis” have always revolved around 50x my total bet, and they have come from different directions, either during the base game aided by a wild siren, or simply with symbols stacked on all the five columns, and sometimes these big wins have come from hits during one or two continuous respins with colossal symbols in the middle matching with some others placed on the outer reels. What I mean by this is that at any stage of the game there is always a possibility of achieving a decent hit, unlike what it happens in some other slots that seem to set aside best winnings opportunities only for their bonus rounds and free spins features.

My first session with this video slot has been successful at a moderated level, and I hope that all other players also have positive experiences with this game that will confirm its solidity.
