Delaying verification and payment

Hello,
I've tried to make a withdrawal yesterday, after which i've received a message from support to send a number of documents around 2pm yesterday: (screenshot - http://take.ms/KG0de)
After that i've sent all documents and live chat agent confirmed, that my documents are received and i'll be verified and contacted shortly.
It's more than a day passed after that, and i'm not receiving any response about my documents (it usually takes around 30 mins to verify 6 photos) - when i'm asking in live chat again, they're just telling 'it will be done as soon as possible' - which means nothing, It's obviously looking as delaying verification and payments
