Whenever I see a game with 'Safari' in its title, I become very curious, needing to know if that game can be as good as my top favourite Safari Heat game from Playtech. So getting 5 full Wild Reels is a definite possibility in Hot Safari, which is very good.

The red-nose Baboon is the Scatter symbol, appearing only on reels 1, 3 and 5, triggering 10 free spins without any multiplier, but the Free Spins game can be retriggered. Getting all 3 of the Scatters pay 1x the total bet amount, which is very low. There is a 6th reel in play, not for creating more winning combinations, but purely to indicate the multiplier for each and every spin, from 1x up to 10x. There is also a 'Super Wild' symbol on the 6th reel, getting which would trigger 1 Respin of Raining Wilds, giving 1 Wild symbol on each reel. If all the 5 Wild symbols land in the middle row of each reel, you'll get 5 full expanded Wild Reels! This is the only trigger for the maximum win possible. As for the other symbols, the Elephant pays 400x, the Rhino pays 250x, the Zebra pays 200x, the Gazelle pays 150x, and the rest pay from 100x to 25x. Unfortunately, this paytable is extremely low, possibly even the lowest I have come across yet! What a big disappointment this is for me, because Hot Safari could be a big hit otherwise!

Hot Safari is one of the latest games I have explored from Topgame Software. I was playing in a bingo site that offered this game and I decided to try it. The most beautiful symbol in this game is lion and it is also a wild, so there's no coincidence that this is the symbol I would like to see on my screen as often as possible.But my feature is the super wild, which is the only one that doesn't have any number. When it appears, it turns other symbols into wilds for the best winning combination possible. Thanks to this feature a couple of times I have had winnings well over 100x bet.

This game has overall two features. One is the multiplier reel which appears on base game and in bonus round, and the other feature is free spins bonus. In my opinion the free spins bonus is less exciting than the actual multiplier reel, I have spent a couple of sessions with this game and although the free spins are easy to trigger, from them not even once I have had winnings over 50x bet. Free spins bonus consists of 10 free spins, when player gets 3 scatter symbols. Free spins have no extra multiplier, the only good thing is that the multiplier reel is still there and you can get the super wilds in it. For better results I would recommend to play with higher coin size than 0.01€ because the free spins result is multiplied by the bet per line.

Overall I am impressed with this game and it is one of my favorites from Topgame. I enjoy the Safari theme inspired design, the multiplier reel is super exciting and can actually bring nice rewards. I do recommend to have a decent bankroll when playing this slot as it can be a real money eater when it is in a dry mode, I have lost even 100€ balance playing with minimums only. I think this game has decent winning potential and I would recommend it.
