Fetbet casino is a place I discovered earlier this year. I noticed them being added on askgamblers and I saw that not only they had Netent, Microgaming and other softwares, but also they offered a nice 100% welcome bonus with very friendly wagering- 35x bonus. That gave me enough interest in them and I found myself scrolling their page a few seconds later.

From the very first look their page really reminded me of Dudubet casino, and after checking it out, I noticed that they were from the same owner. The reason why I am mentioning it, is the fact that I had some bad experiences at Dudubet casino so I was a little cautious about playing at their sister site. Anyways, I registered my account and decided to deposit. I didn't speak with their support first, just because I knew I was eligible for the bonus and I had no questions at that moment.

The minimum amount to get the bonus was 10€ so I went with a 10€ deposit and deposited using my credit card, however when the money was in my account, no bonus money was there. I double checked my account and noticed the bonus icon in the cashier, but when I clicked on it, it only offered to make a new deposit. So that's when I contacted their customer service. The guy was quite slow and to my question only said was that there's nothing that could be done since I didn't claim the bonus before depositing.  To be honest, I think it is quite impractical, I wasn't offered bonus option when depositing so it would be normal for the CS to add the bonus manually, since I had deposited the required amount.

Anyways, I started to play with my small balance and I went for Drive slot. I played around 150 spins, had one free spins feature that paid around 30x bet but other than that no big winnings appeared and I lost.

Overall I have mixed feelings about this casino. I do think they have nice game selection and casino looks nice, but the customer support didn't seem interested in helping me and I find the whole bonus thing quite uncomfortable. With that in mind, I am sure I won't deposit there again.

As I claimed welcome bonus I had 50 euro to play. It wasn’t my day and I made a large mistake on the start of my session and placed large bets and lost everything down to zero in the blink of an eye. I was hoping to trigger decent win which would help me clear wagering requirements which was bad decision, but what to do, not the first nor the last time I did so. I never had such a bad experience from the start off.
I registered with fetbet on 15.02.2017 because of their nice welcome offer. After registration I deposited 300 EUR using neteller.

My welcome bonus was not credited. On their promotions page it stated QUOTE: "Casino Bonus is activated automatically, as soon as the player makes the first deposit to his account." So I rightfully assumed that you don't have to take any actions before depositing in order to receive their bonus. Apparently you had to claim it beforehand somewhere.

I went to live chat and was told that they can add bonuses only if you write an email to [email protected] which I did immediately. Furthermore I was told that I would receive an answer "soon", "today of course". (check your chat logs please!)

So far I received neither any answer nor my bonus. In addition I was told that manually added bonuses have a wagering requirement of 40x bonus instead of the advertised 35x bonus which is totally unacceptable. AFTER my deposit they changed their promotions page to "100% up to 200 EUR". I bet you they will only credit me with 200 EUR if I get credited at all.

Today I've sent them another email telling them how disappointed I am with this whole situation and their unhelpful live chat. I again went to live chat to ask how long it would take for an email answer. I received the same standard answer at least the fourth time. They are not answering my questions, they appear to not even read them. I am totally ignored by their live chat. (again please check your live chat to see how badly I was treated) At any given point I was respectful and friendly despite being treated like non existent. That is what finally made me write this (my first) review.

Never ever had I experienced such an issue at ANY casino (I regularly play and played on more than 50 online casinos over the last few years). Such issues were ALWAYS handled within minutes by live support. Not in this casino. Also I was never ignored by any support member.

This whole situation was handled the worst way it could be. If find this so sad because I really like the design and the whole casino itself. It was very well rated here on askgamblers and I had a nice feeling about it. If you are willing to look into this issue I am more than happy to give you my account details and comply with you.

Really like the website in general, its nicely set out if you have a to question something about the site then you just will get positive feedback. For a casino of this nature that has everything eg. sports, poker, casino that side right next to Unibet which makes this a great site overall, ill score them a 10/10. Well lets see.. Fetbet, never ever heard of this casino before a few days ago. Came across this casino on AskGamblers and after reading the first reviews I decided to give this casino a go. Overall I made a profit of 830 euro on top of the deposit (70 euro).

I withdrawed 700.15 cents today and went to live support to ask about the withdrawal time. Live agent told me to send my documents to [email protected] and so I did. I received my winnings today, just a few hours after I send the documents to validate my player account.

The live support is really something else. They are great and they offered me a extra bonus for the next time I deposit because I had a few issues at the beginning (casino update), this can't be avoided off course. It's a good thing they are trying to improve their software.

I registered here yesterday. And when I went to chat the support told me that they were busy and advised me to email them. I decided not to response since I never heard this before and left the chat. This morning I got an email from them about the issue I stated on live chat before I left.
