I wouldn't suggest this company. I joined recently but before I could deposit and play I had to go through the security verification process. I had no problem with that and provided ID etc. 2 days later security team emailed to say I was verified and could play. I then deposited the same day of the email from security been the 24th and then the same day the 24th the same security team who verified me closed my account stating I was self excluded from their network. Surely that was checked as part of the security checks done before saying I can now play. Nevertheless the closure only happened when I withdrew winnings. Whilst the company have agreed to refund my deposits it was the mistake of the company who did all their checks and confirmed I could play before they established I was self excluded from a site within their network, which I was not made aware of in terms of the name. My winnings were withheld for an error the casino made by telling me I could now play. Like I say they are going to refund me my deposits only but not my £100 winnings, on that basis but I wouldn't trust using this company who clearly have poor security checks if they failed their own checks. My case with the casino is closed
