Dazard Casino - €141,000 gone and no one wants to help

Actually, I was quite satisfied with the casino so far, the VIP support was very good, but unfortunately my experience was valid until yesterday. but in order.

On 02/17 I received a VIP bonus of €300 (there is no max win limit on the vip bonus). I increased the €300 to €25,000 on the same day and since the casino has a daily payout limit, I asked the VIP manager for a special payout, which always works without any problems. while processing the request I claimed another bonus called points for cash (the amounts I won previously were all already in process) I gambled away the second bonus relatively quickly without winning anything and then I canceled a few of the payouts that were pending (every player knows this) the next morning the VIP manager said that they would pay me 12k on the same day and 5k every other day. The first 12k were already being paid out and yesterday I was allowed to pay out another 5k (1x €3,000 1x2000€). I then gambled away the remaining amount yesterday evening and when there was no more money in my account, I also canceled the last open payment of €2,000 and from here it gets interesting.

I received free spins in the game Big Wild Buffalo with a bet of €50 per spin. at Big wild Buffalo you can win x5000 so with a bet of €50 €250,000 in the penultimate round of the free spins I received a win of almost €80,000 which of course made me very happy. While I was showing the win to my wife, the last spin of the free spins came and I got a win of over €250,000. I was of course full of joy and we were cheering until I found out that after the end of the free spins I was "only" credited with €109,000. considering the max win, I'm still missing €141,000.. Of course I immediately reported this to the casino and they wanted to check it out. But now it's getting even worse when I wanted to check my account this morning, where there were still almost 80,000€ on it, I had to realize to my shock that the entire profit was deducted and only 10,000€ were left in my account.

When I asked, I was informed that I had made my profit with the bonus money from Points for Money and that there was a max win of €10,000. But that's just not true. I canceled payments 1 day after receiving the bonus and thus made the profit. Now they just want to give me €10,000 instead of €250,000. iIalso have all the screenshots when i was given which bonus and when i canceled the withdrawals.

The cumulative effect of these unresolved transactions and the customer support’s inability to expedite resolutions or offer clear, timely communication has significantly impacted my trust in Dazard Casino. I advise potential customers to be wary of possible complications with financial transactions and the apparent gap in effective communication between their payment processing team and customer support.

As it stands, both deposits remain unresolved, and the nonchalant attitude of the customer service team towards significant financial discrepancies is concerning. I am left with no choice but to publicize this experience and advise caution to anyone considering this platform.

I just joined this casino, they have a really good selection of games and providers to suit everyone. The website is easy to manoeuvre very user friendly, I uploaded my docs immediately for verification and used Visa Debit to deposit with this casino. I never accept bonuses from casinos and had some lovely wins on this site.

When verifying my docs I was instructed to contact chat to verify my phone no. when I did I was told I didn't need to do it at that time.
I used Visa Debit to deposit funds, but when it came to withdrawal, I got an email to say they cannot send funds to my Visa Debit? I don't understand this as it states Visa as a method under their withdrawal options.
They asked me to withdraw using 3 other options, so I opted for bank Transfer, I entered my bank's information and got an email back about an hour later stating I must be specific with the bank's address, which I was. I used a bank statement as proof of address when setting the account up initially, they could have just looked at this document to confirm the bank's address? I'm still waiting on the funds to be sent to my account.
