£600 Not Received For Weeks

I have won £600 in total from Cloud Casino and have still yet to receive it. I withdrew £300 on 15/4/21 and at the same time uploaded all my verification documents and then I withdrew a further £300 on 19/4/21. After about 10 days I contacted the online chat to see what was happening as I had not received any of my winnings they said for some reason it was still pending and that they would make it priority and get it sorted.

After a further 5 days and still no contact or money I decided to put in a complaint (29/4/21) on the website where someone reassured me that it was sorted, she had to reverse all my winnings back into my casino account and I had to request the withdrawal again and inform her when I had done so. So on 29/4/21 I re-requested my withdrawal for £600 and let the customer service lady know I had done so and she said that she would pass it on to the process team and that it should take 3-5 working days for me to get it.

So we are now on 7/5/21 and I have still not received my £600 winnings, I have been back in touch with customer services where I have been told that they are yet again chasing it up and I will be contacted directly via email but if I am totally honest I do not believe a word they say anymore and so fed up I have turned to you for help.

I have sent numerous emails to Cloudcasino support requesting deposit limits, then when I got no response I sent even more emails asking for my account to be closed - I have never even had a response from Support and my account remains open when I have repeatedly requested it to be closed. Very bad, actually nonexisten, customer support!

Just singed up today and got 200% percent bonus so I decided to give it a whirl. Only deposited 10 and got 20 pound bonus so 30 in total. I decided to play a couple of games such as secret santa, cleopatra and didn't have much luck so I tried jungle jackpots and had some luck on that and managed to win 330 pounds but 250 of that was taken in bonus money so was a bit disappointed after live chat explained... so I decided to go onto live roulette and managed to win 400 pound so it wasn't all bad and for a 10£ deposit can't complain at all. Overall good casino

Bonus terms and conditions a bit sneaky how they say that it's 30x deposit and bonus money and then it's cashable butility it has a max conversion rate better of playing without bonus. Still pending withdrawal will post a review after it has been processed in regards to time

They should get some more video poker games to few of them.

Well I found this casino and made a small £20 deposit to try it out (Did Not Take Deposit Bonus).

Played Dragonborn slot and managed to get to £100, I thought I would withdrawal to test how efficient the casino is in paying out winnings as let's face is nobody likes hassle when it comes to waiting for your hard earned winnings!

I will report back on the outcome/speed of my withdrawal.

- I found it impossible to deposit from the webpage on a PC, clicking the deposit or account buttons did nothing and the layout for some reason was very large and not very user friendly. However when loading up the website on android I was able to make a deposit and play. Cloud casino need to look into that.

- Not the widest selection of slots available.

5/10 from me will rate higher when I have received my money :)

Tonight I found this casino at AskGamblers, I want to try my luck... I deposited 10 sterling pounds, they have a generous first deposit bonus, 5 free and 200% first deposit... I called by tel. how to get my bonus, they told me to claim it after my active bonus is back to zero... I had 0.19 pence, so he added the bonus manually in seconds after I accepted to remove the 0.19... So I had 30 credits to play with.

I was lucky to win 320 pounds, so I just withdrew without wagering the 20 bonus, and cashed out 300. Well they have a good selection of games Netent and Nextgen and more. The software have no errors and fast, I recommend all to give it a try.

About the payments I have no idea how long pending time for e-wallets, I used my Skrill account.

Very good casino, as soon as I got paid, I will try it more and more. I rate it 10/10

Every day the AskGamblers list of casinos is getting bigger and bigger and it already has more than 1,000 casinos. The Cloud Casino, at the time of this writing, is the last casino that has been added on this list. First, I'll write that some information about this casino here on AskGamblers needs more data. In the "Restricted Countries" states only one state and that is the United States. But I could not register an account at this casino because the casino does not allow that for players who come from my country. I believe that beside to the United States and Bosnia and Herzegovina there is more states that should be found here.

This casino offers only one currency for your account and that is the British pound. Already by that it may be concluded that the Cloud Casino is mainly focused on players from the United Kingdom. I believe that the players who come from outside the UK would not like this too much.

Also I believe that anyone would not like the fact that this casino does not offer live chat support. The live chat is the fastest and the best way of communication between player - casino. Perhaps, the only thing that personally makes me impressive at this casino is their welcome offer. The welcome offer here consists of even 4 bonuses. The first is a no deposit bonus of 5 pounds but the casino has protected in that way, when it comes to this bonus, you have little chances to reach the wagering requirements which are incredibly 100 x bonus. Not only that, the max withdrawal in this bonus is limited to 20 pounds.
