Cleopatra Casino - Technical Issue payout still not processed

Simple issue.

I am a fully verified player at Cleopatra Casino and have been for years. Have been paying at Cleopatra Casino for years, rarely a problem. I was playing there on August 19. I deposited $25 CAD through Bitcoin. The deposit was accepted and converted to euros as I requested. I was not playing any kind of Bonus or Free Play. I was fortunate to win some money and after making sure that I had played through the playthrough amount of $25 CAD, I then requested a payout of $100 Eur.

The payout sat in a pending state all day.

The next day, Aug 20, I canceled the payout and re-submitted using a different Bitcoin address. It's now Aug 23, the end of the day, and the withdrawal is still posted as pending. I have contacted customer service twice and VIP players once. They all say there is a technical issue and please be patient, no other details have ever been given. VIP came back with:

Hello,

Thank you for your email.

There is an escalation to the technical team to investigate what went wrong. Please do not recall the withdrawal. We will not take responsibility if you will play your funds. There is a technical issue. We are still waiting for an update. In the meantime enjoy the play with a bonus. 20EUR with 10 times wagering is on your account.

Beginning to think that 1). Cleopatra Casino is dying and 2). I will never see my funds.

Cleopatra Casino - Withdrawal issue and no clear answers from casino
Hi,

I made 23.03.2021 total of 4 withdrawals from Cleopatra Casino:

March 23, 2021 14:23 Pending Cashout Bank International 500 EUR
March 23, 2021 01:56 Pending Cashout Bank International 1,000 EUR
March 23, 2021 08:50:15 Accepted Cashout Bank International 502 EUR
March 23, 2021 08:17:44 Accepted Cashout Bank International 501 EUR

2 of them was accpted and paid out (money received same/next day to my bank account) but two
others are still pending. Casino promise is to pay out bank transfer withdrawals in 3-5 working days,
but this time has passed already many days. I have contacted many times with them, but the answer
is usually same - withdrawal has been made from casino side and it should be processed from my
bank side. I asked from my bank - is there any pending incoming payments to my account and got answer
that all the payments has been made and no payments has been rejected.

Today, when I contacted support again, they told me that only the 1000 eur payment has been done
(even it is still "pending") and the second 500 eur withdrawal is in real "pending" and has not even
processed.

P.S. I was using usually the credit card withdrawals, but from 11.03 my credit card withdrawals was denied
without no reasons (casino told me, that there is some processor error and they can't nothing to do with
that and asked me to use bank transfer withdrawals).

Please help - all the withdrawals was working fine (2-3 days total withdrawal time) till 23.03 - after that day,
no money has been received. Support is asking to me only wait and wait and wait...

I don't usually leave any reviews, unless it's bad, but this time I had to let players out there know this site is legit! I sent my documents before I even deposited so it gets approved, was approved less than 24 hours, and the other day I withdrew money, the money was set to my account within 5 hours, most sites makes you wait and gets you to gamble more and lose it all eventually! I honestly recommend this site! Also I don't do bonuses! so if your one of those want bonus make sure always read bonus rules or your winnings can all be confiscated! Honestly amazing site I hope only the best! Better than bitztars and other sites they have on top! More friendly employees.

Only problem i find is when i try to rebet, i can't click the button i even tried to switch browser still have same issue, but i don't mind it! Maybe if they can help me i would appreciate it!

I only gave the one extra star, because in the end, I did received my money, after all the negotiating and hours of hard work and time it took to finally get it.
They have my favorite NetEnt games - Divine Fortune & Narcos.

I saw all the positive ratings and decided to give this casino a shot. I deposited 1 k through Rapid Transfer, won a little, and requested a withdrawal. This is when the problems started.
I contacted the chat person to make sure everything was fine with the withdrawal request and he told me everything seemed fine, and that they would contact me via email if there was anything more needed so I could just wait. Okay.
Later on that night, I checked the casino site to find out the withdrawal was cancelled. I hadn't been notified in any way (nor was later at any time when it was cancelled twice more). Well anyhow at this point I figured it was because of the documents and I submitted the crucial documents (driver's licence, proof of address) to the site and requested the withdrawal again. Later I noticed the documents had been approved.
Later on I checked my account again, and the withdrawal was cancelled again. Again I opened the chat, waited again like 10-15 minutes to even get someone to reply to me, and asked what was the matter this time.
I was told that I need to deposit 2 k € more to be able to make a withdrawal.
I was like, wtf?
I told the guy there was no mention in the T&C about anything like this and I was not going to deposit even 1 cent more to be able to withdraw my money.
He quoted me the phrase in the T&C and it turned out that obviously I needed to wager my initial deposit of 1 k 3 x before being able to withdraw. The chat agent was just so lost with the most basic casino terminology ever.
Needless to say, I had no bonus whatsoever, only my own raw cash, like almost 100% of the time when I play.
Well this sucks also and is nothing else but another way to try and rob you of your own money. I would somehow understand a requirement to wager your own money (without any bonus) 1 x, but 3 x is just intolerable.
Also it says in their T&C (Under Anti-Fraud policy), that: "Please note that if you requested a withdrawal, but the sum of bets made since last deposit is less than three (3) times the size of that deposit, the Casino reserves the right to charge you the costs of transaction processing for deposit and withdrawals. This decision is at the sole discretion of the Casino." Instead of - according to their own T&C - asking for a payment to do a withdrawal, the chat agent just told me that I can't withdraw unless I haven't done the 3x wagering. Okay. Let's wager then.
After hours of wagering I was still on the winning side. I requested a withdrawal 3rd time.
Later I checked my account again, it was cancelled again.
I opened the chat again and after a good amount of waiting, the chat person appeared. I asked, what was the problem this time.
I was told now, that I must send a screenshot of my bank page where the transaction can be seen. Ok, I did that also.
Then finally later, after hours and hours of effort with the casino, I got an email from Skrill that my withdrawal had been initiated. What a relief.
Also there was some delay/problem in the game, for example when I was playing Divine Fortune and hit a win, the money did not show up in my cash balance immediately (as it usually always does), but I had to close the game to see my new correct balance.
The design on the site is, imo, old fashioned and not very user & mobile friendly.
I do not recommend this casino to anyone. It seems like all Direx NV casinos have this requirement of wagering your own money x3 before withdrawal which is ridiculous. I decided not to use any of their casinos anymore. Also the way they treat customers in my view is just disrespectful.
There are many excellent casinos out there - for example Thrills, SlotWolf, Video Slots, No Account Casino, High Roller, Maria Casino, Prank Casino, Frank & Freddy...
Just to name a few. I recommend one of them instead.

I am pleasantly surprised by this casino. Wanted to check some new casinos because I wanted a change. And I found this one on some forums. It has all of my favorite games, many withdrawal options. Chat is there for whatever I need. Now, I just need to collect some money.

I really do not have anything special and negative to say about this casino. I still didn't experience any colossal setbacks. Nothing that would differ this casino from the others. I am satisfied.

The only casino on this site and the only one casino that are doing what they promote and what they say in their terms and conditions. They say 0 to 24 hours withdrawal and yes you get your money in your account within a maximum of 3 hours. Not like others who promote and say 0 to 24 hours but take more than 3 days. I don't understand how ask gamblers give certificate of trust to casinos who say 0 to 24 hours withdrawal and also say 48 hours withdrawal request hold time, this means 2 different things. But well done to cleopatra casino for being doing what they promote. And I don't know why you don't have a 10 star rating and are number one in the casino reviews and not getting any awards. The award winning casinos and 10 star rated casino on ask gamblers site are just hopeless

The only negative part is the slow loading time when playing on mobile but I don't think this is even from the casino side as it may be the network carrier problem or mobile not upto the casinos great animations

This casino is perfect in every way shape and form. Ample deposit and withdrawal options. All kinds of games. iPhone.

Extremely generous with their cash back and bonuses.

This is a AAA casino. Don’t worry players. You will not be disappointed.

My rtp is less than 100%.

The only issue is sometimes Netent and Playtech need to reload. Is it my connection?? I don’t think.

I don’t like the requirement on the weekly tournament bonus. I ended up 8 and got $300 with a 35x requirement... yes free money but I did wager 25000 that week. Dunno if that’s fair. I got the balance to $1500 but the several Games were excluded. The requirement in CASHBACK is less.

The graphic of the page is very striking, it is what made me register, since I found it very novel, in addition, it has a live Chat that answers all the questions that one has, and the good thing that they answer immediately and they have speech operators English and Spanish.
