Cleopatra Casino - Technical Issue payout still not processed

Simple issue.

I am a fully verified player at Cleopatra Casino and have been for years. Have been paying at Cleopatra Casino for years, rarely a problem. I was playing there on August 19. I deposited $25 CAD through Bitcoin. The deposit was accepted and converted to euros as I requested. I was not playing any kind of Bonus or Free Play. I was fortunate to win some money and after making sure that I had played through the playthrough amount of $25 CAD, I then requested a payout of $100 Eur.

The payout sat in a pending state all day.

The next day, Aug 20, I canceled the payout and re-submitted using a different Bitcoin address. It's now Aug 23, the end of the day, and the withdrawal is still posted as pending. I have contacted customer service twice and VIP players once. They all say there is a technical issue and please be patient, no other details have ever been given. VIP came back with:

There is an escalation to the technical team to investigate what went wrong. Please do not recall the withdrawal. We will not take responsibility if you will play your funds. There is a technical issue. We are still waiting for an update. In the meantime enjoy the play with a bonus. 20EUR with 10 times wagering is on your account.

Beginning to think that 1). Cleopatra Casino is dying and 2). I will never see my funds.

Cleopatra Casino - Withdrawal issue and no clear answers from casino
Hi,

I made 23.03.2021 total of 4 withdrawals from Cleopatra Casino:

March 23, 2021 14:23 Pending Cashout Bank International 500 EUR
March 23, 2021 01:56 Pending Cashout Bank International 1,000 EUR
March 23, 2021 08:50:15 Accepted Cashout Bank International 502 EUR
March 23, 2021 08:17:44 Accepted Cashout Bank International 501 EUR

2 of them was accpted and paid out (money received same/next day to my bank account) but two
others are still pending. Casino promise is to pay out bank transfer withdrawals in 3-5 working days,
but this time has passed already many days. I have contacted many times with them, but the answer
is usually same - withdrawal has been made from casino side and it should be processed from my
bank side. I asked from my bank - is there any pending incoming payments to my account and got answer
that all the payments has been made and no payments has been rejected.

Today, when I contacted support again, they told me that only the 1000 eur payment has been done
(even it is still "pending") and the second 500 eur withdrawal is in real "pending" and has not even
processed.

P.S. I was using usually the credit card withdrawals, but from 11.03 my credit card withdrawals was denied
without no reasons (casino told me, that there is some processor error and they can't nothing to do with
that and asked me to use bank transfer withdrawals).

Please help - all the withdrawals was working fine (2-3 days total withdrawal time) till 23.03 - after that day,
no money has been received. Support is asking to me only wait and wait and wait...

To be honest, I was curious about all the reviews here and I decided to take a closer first hand experience on this casino. at first the main page looks very "Cleopatra style"

As I was mentioning, my curiosity about how good this casino is based to the 9 stars in my mind, somehow, I believed that this was a nice place to have fun, however the reviews don´t give too much credit to it.

As a good player and researcher in casinos I did my on field exploration, I used my AG 5$ to be able to play there but before I did a screenshot of my account and the AG section to prove customer service that my request was Legit.
Well, That is what I thought.

I did registered to the casino and reached customer service ASAP. I was surprised in less than 2 min I was talking with a human agent, I explained what I was looking and the agent said I was not qualified to get the 5$ from Ask Gamblers because the link I used to register my account there was the wrong one. I have showed a screenshot of my account here in Askgamblers with the valid funds and that was the same to talk with a wall.

In conclusion if customer service are that inflexible in that casino, I guess they are not going to get a simple dollar from me.

I was looking to try a new site and came across Cleopatra Casino. The reviews seemed ok and deposited a few times and played here and there to try it out and thought the overall experience was good so I deposited more.... That's when things took a surprising turn.

In another review someone mentioned about having made numerous deposits and not win in sight. A casino representative actually replied and said to contact them for a fadhback on losses etc....

After having made six seperate deposits during one afternoon/evening, all of which were losses I contacted the support team to ask about a cashback...

The agent I spoke with (name rymhes with Axe) flat out said no, which blew my mind as you would think a new customer, who's just made six seperate deposits, all of which had no deposit bonus would be an automatic cashback without even blinking an eye... I mentioned there are plenty of sites happy to give a cashback in that situation, but that didn't phase him one bit. I then politely asked if he could close the account saying it was a shame, but I'd deposit and play at another site instead as I was very disappointed seeing as a casino representative had stated it in a review.

The level of incompetence to allow new customers to walk out the door (in circumstances like this) and head over to a competitor to continue their spend is beyond belief... And why you should BEWARE of this site. The same dodgy things will happen when it comes to trying to withdraw $, mark my words...

Let me tell you something, you wanna deposit and wanted to obtain a bonus than system didn’t add it for you. Then, you ask them to add they will refuse however they will give you some spins instead of bonus which has $75 withdrawal limit which is sucks. I won $2800 and they didn’t pay me a dime.

Lots of games to choose from, bonuses are not bad either. 2 of the 3 customer service reps were a pleasure to deal with. The bonuses are comparable to other on line casinos.

Transaction times for deposits into my casino account took much too long. I made 3 different etransfers via Gigadat, although Gigadat sent me an email confirming my transaction was successful, every deposit was considerably delayed into my casino account. First deposit took 1.25hrs, second deposit tooK 5hrs and the verdict is still out on the last deposit (so far it has been 1.5hrs). I am not sure why their process is not as efficient as other casinos and would think correcting this issue would be top priority, since it must have an impact on their profit (the quicker the money is deposited, the quicker people will make another deposit). Third time is the charm for me and it is time to move on to another casino, there is a lot of competition out there To spend any more time playing at this casino.

Fast payouts, although payouts are few and far between. Good selection of games. Speedy verification. Good comp point system. Good cash back system. Daily 30% deposit bonus is ok.

This is probably one of the lowest paying sites I have played on, and I have played on lots. It’s constant losing, and very few free spins triggered in game play. Generally every time I play I get up to around $100-$200, and then it just takes every cent without any trigger of free spins. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to waste their time and money here. If I didn’t get a 20% bonus and have an account with some of their other sites I wouldn’t be playing here.

Honestly, I liked everything. And it's weird to say such things about online casino since most of igaming experiences are in one or another way upsetting.

I like their interface, I like super smooth experience with deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawals were the easiest I have ever experienced. I had some good wins after my third deposit and enjoying their bonuses. I submitted proactively all docs and asked for withdrawal, and my docs without any extra email and without any extra question were accepted, withdrawal was almost immediately accepted and is on my card. Unbelievable.

All is clear on their site. What docs to submit, where is what, what are the rules.
Perfection.

Maybe the only suggestion I have is to make a new feature - random game. In general, and by game providers. I like to use such feature and maybe other people as well.

A lot of games, nice site, 24 hours support, a lot of deposit and withdrawal methods for Canadian, such as interact etransfer. Very important to me. Overall seems like OK site. I’m new here, deposited 520 and in few hours lost. So far, my experience in terms of winning odds seem low.

Honestly not much to dislike as I’m new here, but I can say I wasted 520$ in few hours and couldn’t have a single win. Barley any bonuses and when you get bonuses don’t pay anything. Very low payout slots compared to other places I played at. Other then that, I got no other complaints.

This casino is definitely well recommended. Verification (KYC) only took minutes to wait. My first cashout was approved with 5 hours. Second cashout approved within 5-10 minutes. Since I used interac as my withdrawal method I received text message for the password. Since it was set up into auto-deposit it goes directly to my account (let say less than 24 hours of waiting). As long as you provide everything they need, you can't get any problem.
Aside from that, lots of game choices. It was fun!
