I'm contacting you because my account was closed two weeks ago without explanation, supposedly because it's "under investigation."

I have €1000 in it, including a €500 withdrawal request I made and another €500 that's still in my account, for a total of €1000. I no longer have access to my account, and I haven't received any explanation or email from them for two weeks! I'm worried about my money, please help me!

The site was undergoing maintenance when my account was closed without explanation.

I'm joining this effort to help you, and I'm going to take all possible steps to recover my money, as well as leave negative reviews of Cbet everywhere if I don't get a resolution, because this is theft.

There are many inconsistencies in their statements. They're giving me the runaround, and it's impossible to contact the chat since then or receive any emails from them.

I made a withdrawal request on the 29th of December 2025, which was rejected, with Cbet and its cs reps (upon contacting them) telling me the node provider was overloaded, and to wait patiently for 72 hours to expire, after which I’ll be able to make a withdrawal successfully.

The 72 hours expired on Jan 2, 11:50 pm WAT, and I made another request only for it to be rejected again 2 hours later.

I contacted their customer service this morning, and she (her name is Valentine) told me to swap my TRX for another crypto and then try the withdrawal again. She said she was confident it would work.

I did exactly as told and tried withdrawing again, only to receive an error that my action was blocked and to contact support for more details.

Valentine was still on the chat, and when I informed her about the new issue, she told me to try it again on a different browser and a different device. I did all that to no avail.

Then she says she has created a ticket to the relevant department, and it would take another 72 hours for analysis, but even worse, it might take longer.

I also noticed all their games and markets are no longer available, as though they’re shutting down their second website Cbet.gg, and moving entirely to Cgg.bet.br. I asked about this, and the cs rep told me it was just maintenance, but in his own words, when this maintenance would be over, they didn’t know.

I implore AskGamblers to assist in retrieving my balance from Cbet.gg as soon as possible.

I am submitting a formal complaint against the operator CBET.gg.

Problem: Website not functional, all odds locked, funds unusable

Refund refused for more than 3 days

I contacted CBET support multiple times and formally requested their Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, as required under Curacao gambling regulations.

They have failed/refused to provide ADR details.

This represents a violation of player protection and dispute resolution obligations.

I am requesting:

Regulatory review of CBET.gg

Assistance in obtaining ADR access or dispute resolution guidance

I placed a bet on crash game on cbet.gg (aka cbet.fun aka cbet.world ). I then noticed I placed the wrong amount which was 100$ instead of 10$, cancelled my bet right away. Noticed my balance drop by 100$, So I contacted customer support to refund my account ( I have had this error occur two other times in the past and yes they refunded me a few days later problem was solved ). This time around it has been since march 16th so 2 months of contacting customer support to give me the same answer someone like a manager will contact me via email yes I did get an email on april 10th with a vague explanation of they are looking into this matter, but yet still not solved my issue. Attached are the email and pictures of my bets placed.

Have tried several times to withdraw my balance. Always the same message: "My withdrawal attempt is blocked, contact the tech team"...

I did contact them (several times), and they told me to just wait for the email, the resolve my issue.... almost 3 weeks now, no response whatsoever, even in live chat, they told me not to contact them several times with this same issue, be patient, they trying to solve it... Still no response!! And the funny thing is, that is not even a lot of money we talking about... It's about 100 or so $ ($115 to be precise)....

I have only used the sports betting part of CBET and got roughly 50-50% winning and losing bets... (So it's not like, I had only winning bets)

After a while I wanted to withdraw my winnings ~ $2600. The action was blocked and ticket was raised to fix this. After 15 days my account is blocked with the following email I got:

I am contacting you to inform you that your player profile has been investigated for your gaming strategy.

Indeed, we have detected suspicious activity on your account regarding your play pattern.

As a result, your account is now permanently blocked.

Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to use our platform.

The customer support looked booted giving all the same answers all the time.
