Account closed without explanation with 1000 EUR in it

Hello,

I'm contacting you because my account was closed two weeks ago without explanation, supposedly because it's "under investigation."

I have €1000 in it, including a €500 withdrawal request I made and another €500 that's still in my account, for a total of €1000. I no longer have access to my account, and I haven't received any explanation or email from them for two weeks! I'm worried about my money, please help me!

The site was undergoing maintenance when my account was closed without explanation.

I'm joining this effort to help you, and I'm going to take all possible steps to recover my money, as well as leave negative reviews of Cbet everywhere if I don't get a resolution, because this is theft.

There are many inconsistencies in their statements. They're giving me the runaround, and it's impossible to contact the chat since then or receive any emails from them.

Account permanently blocked

On October 9, 2024, Cbet.gg permanently blocked my account without
any prior warning, citing "suspicious activity" regarding my "play
pattern." No specific details were provided — no games, no dates,
no reference to any Terms and Conditions clause violated.

At the time of the block, my account balance was approximately
USD 2,600. These funds have not been returned.

I have contacted Cbet.gg multiple times requesting an explanation
and the return of my funds. The only response I received was the
initial ban notification. When I attempted to send a formal demand
letter, the email address [email protected] returned
"Address not found" — the casino's only provided contact email
no longer exists.

Having a gaming strategy or play pattern is not a violation of any
legitimate Terms and Conditions. I did not violate any rules.
I am requesting the immediate return of my full balance of
approximately USD 2,600.

Cbet no refund me

I requested a withdrawal on [19-01-2026], and it has been pending for over 8 days.

All account verifications are fully completed, including KYC and Telegram verification.

I contacted customer support multiple times but received no response.

I also attempted to cancel the withdrawal, believing it might resolve the issue, but the cancellation option does not work and nothing happens.

After researching online, I learned that the casino had reportedly shut down / was closed, which is very concerning while my funds remain pending.

I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to help resolve this issue and obtain my withdrawal.

Withdrawal rejected twice with no reasonable explanation

I made a withdrawal request on the 29th of December 2025, which was rejected, with Cbet and its cs reps (upon contacting them) telling me the node provider was overloaded, and to wait patiently for 72 hours to expire, after which I’ll be able to make a withdrawal successfully.

The 72 hours expired on Jan 2, 11:50 pm WAT, and I made another request only for it to be rejected again 2 hours later.

I contacted their customer service this morning, and she (her name is Valentine) told me to swap my TRX for another crypto and then try the withdrawal again. She said she was confident it would work.

I did exactly as told and tried withdrawing again, only to receive an error that my action was blocked and to contact support for more details.

Valentine was still on the chat, and when I informed her about the new issue, she told me to try it again on a different browser and a different device. I did all that to no avail.

Then she says she has created a ticket to the relevant department, and it would take another 72 hours for analysis, but even worse, it might take longer.

I also noticed all their games and markets are no longer available, as though they’re shutting down their second website Cbet.gg, and moving entirely to Cgg.bet.br. I asked about this, and the cs rep told me it was just maintenance, but in his own words, when this maintenance would be over, they didn’t know.

I implore AskGamblers to assist in retrieving my balance from Cbet.gg as soon as possible.

I am writing this detailed public complaint to expose the predatory and fraudulent practices of the online gambling site CBET cbet.gg. My case is not an isolated glitch; it is a deliberate and calculated scam known as grefunding—where an operator accepts your deposits, allows you to build a balance, and then invents a security pretext to permanently block your account and confiscate all funds.(proof on attached screenshots)

What Happened The Grefunding Script

1. Easy Deposits, No Problems: I deposited my own money without issue, betting mostly on sports. Over time, I managed to build my balance through winnings to R38,000 South African Rand approximately 2,200 USD. This money was not just for play; I had immediate plans to use it to settle pressing personal debts that have been a significant burden.(proof in screenshots attached)
2. The Withdrawal Trigger: The moment I attempted to access my winnings, the problems began. My account was suddenly and permanently blocked without warning or explanation.(proof in screenshots attached)
3. The Complete Shutdown: I was locked out completely—unable to log in, withdraw, or even speak to live support from my account. Their live chat is the only form of contact, as they NEVER respond to emails, even after explicitly promising to do so.
4. The Standard Lie: When I finally contacted support from a new device, I was given the canned, fraudulent response: For security reasons, your account has been permanently blocked... our security team will send you a detailed explanation via email. This email, of course, never exists. It is a stall tactic designed to frustrate victims into giving up.(proof in screenshots attached(conversation with Lucia))

My Demand and The Purpose of This Post:
CBET is holding R38,000 of my money hostage.This is not bonus abuse or a security measure—it is theft.

· To All Players: DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE. If they did this to me, they will do it to you. Search for CBET scam or CBET withdrawal problems and you will find this and other stories.
· A Direct Offer to CBET: This complaint and all associated posts will remain active and be updated across every platform for as long as my money is withheld. If you reverse this fraudulent confiscation and allow me to withdraw my R38,000, I will promptly return to these threads, update them to reflect a resolved outcome, and acknowledge the settlement. Refund pending since march 2025

I placed a bet on crash game on cbet.gg (aka cbet.fun aka cbet.world ). I then noticed I placed the wrong amount which was 100$ instead of 10$, cancelled my bet right away. Noticed my balance drop by 100$, So I contacted customer support to refund my account ( I have had this error occur two other times in the past and yes they refunded me a few days later problem was solved ). This time around it has been since march 16th so 2 months of contacting customer support to give me the same answer someone like a manager will contact me via email yes I did get an email on april 10th with a vague explanation of they are looking into this matter, but yet still not solved my issue. Attached are the email and pictures of my bets placed.

Withdrawl blocked more than 6 months ago

When I want to withdraw my money, the message appears: "My withdrawal attempt is blocked, please contact the technical team."
I contacted support and they said they would email me soon, and they never emailed me! They told me the same thing 6 months ago and I don't know what to do anymore. it's only 463 usdt.

They are refusing my withdrawal attempt

Have tried several times to withdraw my balance. Always the same message: "My withdrawal attempt is blocked, contact the tech team"...

I did contact them (several times), and they told me to just wait for the email, the resolve my issue.... almost 3 weeks now, no response whatsoever, even in live chat, they told me not to contact them several times with this same issue, be patient, they trying to solve it... Still no response!! And the funny thing is, that is not even a lot of money we talking about... It's about 100 or so $ ($115 to be precise)....

I have only used the sports betting part of CBET and got roughly 50-50% winning and losing bets... (So it's not like, I had only winning bets)

Withdrawal blocked and account closed afterwards

After a while I wanted to withdraw my winnings ~ $2600. The action was blocked and ticket was raised to fix this. After 15 days my account is blocked with the following email I got:

Hello,

I hope you are well.

I am contacting you to inform you that your player profile has been investigated for your gaming strategy.

Indeed, we have detected suspicious activity on your account regarding your play pattern.

As a result, your account is now permanently blocked.

Unfortunately, you will no longer be able to use our platform.

Thank you for your understanding.

We wish you all the best for the future.
