I am submitting a formal complaint against the operator CBET.gg.
Details of the issue:
Deposit amount: $100
Date of deposit: Dec 27, 2025, 19:10:04
Problem: Website not functional, all odds locked, funds unusable
Refund refused for more than 3 days
I contacted CBET support multiple times and formally requested their Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, as required under Curacao gambling regulations.
They have failed/refused to provide ADR details.
This represents a violation of player protection and dispute resolution obligations.
I am requesting:
Regulatory review of CBET.gg
Assistance in obtaining ADR access or dispute resolution guidance
Attachments included:
Deposit proof
Screenshots of locked odds
Copies of communication with CBET
