Very poor attitude towards verification issues, Asking for source of wealth documents at relatively small deposits and cashouts and furthermore not accepting adequate documentation to prove source of wealth a saga that unfolded over 6 weeks such were the waiting times to be told my documents where declined. On my last attempt I asked for a detailed explanation of what exactly they wanted from me I completed the request only to be told I need this exact document only with a signed dotted line instead. As my frustration grew I resorted to gambling away a sizeable amount 8k grinded for 500 deposit. Not to mention the fact that on my bank statement my source of wealth was clearly stated as a credit transfer from a world wide insurance company due to an accident I was in.
As good as Casumo can be they can also be very ridiculous, time consuming and stressful crowd to deal with. I've had source of wealth checks before verified by a number of there rivals with the documents I submitted to casumo and my waiting times have been no longer than 72 hours for responses.
