Hi, on 23/05 I submitted a withdrawal of $10000 and 5 days went by I had talked to live chat, I had emailed and still no update, then on 28/03 live chat told me to cancel withdrawal and withdraw again and it will work, now here I am back to square one and still no progress and no update. I've tired to withdraw smaller amounts.. and I am verified.

Just received email that withdrawal is on its way. Long wait but very pleased to hear that...I'm still yet to receive money in bank though.

I'm sorry to say but this is getting ridiculous, I'm told I'm in queue for review, yet I know of many who can receive their withdrawal from casumo within hours, so to say that there's a queue is definitely fabricated, I feel you prioritize smaller withdrawals where as larger withdrawals are waiting for weeks sometimes even a month. I'm very unimpressed, this is the longest I've ever had to wait for funds from any casino. I'm sick of being told the same thing every day "the team need to do their review" "standard internal security checks" "larger withdrawals take longer" ect ect. yet every day when I ask for a just an update or even a estimate how much longer I have to wait I can't even get that. I've emailed. I message live chat daily. And honestly I somewhat understand why you have no contact number because the rigmarole is absolutely appalling especially when I'm being told little to no information.
