I have played at Casumo since 2013. Am I happy with the winnings, of course not, but very normal when you have played for so many years. As for Casumo I really like it, lots of bonuses, they have a fantastic loyalty program, lots of good games. One thing I don't like is the latest update, it has become difficult to find all new games in one place. In the past, they had a separate tab where you could find all new games very easily. Overall I'm satisfied, it's no wonder I've been playing at Casumo for 13 years. Keep up the good work you are doing.

The new games tab has disappeared. Get the old update back, it was much easier to find the new games. I don't like the last update. Sometimes there are very high fees, but a bit uncertain whether it is Casumo who takes that money or someone else. I use Revolut for deposits, sometimes it costs several euros for deposits.

I just started playing here and already won some money, what I liked the most there are many high RTP slots. Their customer service is really helpful but the withdrawal process is a bit long.

Pretty much one of the best casinos i tried. I would work on their UX slightly more, as sometimes you can get lost, pretty easily. Increasing bonuses would not hurt as well :))

It's hard to monitor your withdraws and deposits as its not written directly on the panel how to do history etc. Thats def red flag for me as im highly addicted personality.

They need better bonuses especially for the loyalty players (max level 180+), there bonuses are very small and not very often unlike other big casinos with their vip rewards, I understand how bonuses work but I also know other casinos are more accommodating to their players regardless of their deposits/Withdrawals, very disappointing to spend $1K in a day or two only to be refused a bonus or free spins when asking customer support, it's like a slap to the face especially when you haven't won & they accuse you of having a gambling problem after giving them your business 🤦‍♀️😖
They took away the daily spinner for free spins but its okay because they had like 2 games that were OK and you actually would win something but putting big bass Bonanza as one of the free games for 5 free spins was the worst, not once did I ever win anything more then 10 cents on that.

Great daily bonus and also I did like the amount of games available such as slots, instant games but also the live section with many games shows. And also depositing and withdrawing was easy

They let me depositing over £800,00 in few hours without receiving any alert from them. The day after they decided to apply £10,00 max monthly deposit. I asked them to refund me since the difference between what I deposited in 3 hours and the limit they put was so huge. Clearly they didn’t respect the regulations in order to block me before I reached that amount of money. They just blocked my account. I tried to communicate with them but with no luck. Just avoid this casino. They will never help

Great experience. Signed up a few weeks back and hit a solid 500x win. Passed the wagering requirements, kept going and hit a massive 2500x, followed by a few 1000x...(one on $5 cad stake) After attempting withdrawal sent in the docs as requested, had great help, from live chat support. After approval I had the 10+k in my account 2 days later.

I really liked that the verification process was a breeze. (Took less than 24hrs) And now that I did my first withdraw, its great to know that it has already been approved. (Took less than 12 hours). I can't believe how many great quality games they provide and often find it hard to find my best game because i keep finding better ones almost every day. The only thing I think I could see improvement for is more blackjack tables at the $5 level.
