I started playing at Casino Jax a while ago and I have always been impressed by their customer service reps who go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. It has never been my go to site but on occasion I do deposit there because they have a great variety of games and again the customer service made me feel like this was a trustworthy online casino. Until about 3 days ago. When I deposited and somehow they claim it never reached them. Keep in mind that I checked with a representative to ensure my deposit would reach the minimum amount. I have had one or two not make it to other casinos before, because it was my first time using eth there I wanted to be sure. I was told the minimum was equal to $10. I was happy to hear that because I was planning on a $20 deposit. I've never hit anything big here like other sites but I do like to switch things up a bit. And there is always the possibility right? Except when they don't credit your account the deposit you made.

When I noticed my ETH deposit was taking an extra long time to credit my account, normally its very quick, I popped into the chat to find out how many confirmations are required on that type of deposit. They informed me that they don't require confirmations and it would credit immediately. Ok. So I waited about an hour then checked again. Nothing. I went to my provider and double checked the address and also the blockchain transaction. The blockchain showed the deposit being located at the address I sent it to. So I went back to Jax. Not there. Go to chat. They say they are escalating the issue and it would be 1 to 12 hours before I heard back. I provided the screenshots of the blockchain and my wallet confirming they have my finds. 12 hours later still no credit. Now 3 days later the manager who said he was going to immediately credit my account with the deposit still has yet to do so.
I've provided confirmation from my provider that the funds left my account and confirmation that they have received them. Now when I ask for a manager I'm told he is on break. For 4 hours now. Maybe that's why they can't find my deposit. I don't know. But I'm really disappointed. I wouldn't deposit there if I were you unless you want to lose your money without even having the chance to place bets. The other thing I find annoying is that I've had an account there for a while and we are talking about like $16 after fees so why after I provided proof the funds left my wallet for theirs don't they just credit my account. It's really frustrating and next time I'll be sticking with a more trustworthy site.

The site looks promising, It has the features that you need not the features you want, its crypto-friendly, and includes a lot of games, decent bonuses, and free spins, and I guess one key feature that they have is they do not offer payment fees or any other microtransactions.

I know that they are still new and they can still improve over time. However, I think it will really be great if they can lessen the withdrawal limit since $100 is a little too high.
