CasinoJAX is refusing to pay my wins without any explanation

Hi!

I made a deposit of 200 euros and won 1048 euros. I made a withdraw request and sent all the KYC information. After few days of no contact from Casinojax i tried to log in to my account and couldn't. I contacted chat and they told me that my account has been locked and my winnings are voided. I asked why and they just told me that i'm not allowed to play and winnings are voided. I haven't gotten any explanation why this is the case and they won't respond to me.

Casinojax contacted me about the withdraw and it is in the process. I will make another update when i get the money.

The account remains closed without the opportunity to reopen it. Communication has already been sent to the player informing him that the withdrawal was in process. Please update this thread once the withdrawal has been processed.
