Hello I've made a deposit 16.07 for 92.64 euro and received 100% bonus. I was making sportsbet to complete a wager and never got 0 euros on account (98euros is smallest amount reached).

Before my last 100 euros bet (won so I should have 237 euros from this bets) I got 198euro on account bonus money and made a bet for 100 euro from this balance. Casino removed for them 237 euros from last best and 98 euro remaining balance telling me that my bonus 'hit zero' and got nothing right now - which is pure stealing of my money for me.

Could you help me to regain my 335 euros? 98 remaining balance confiscated and 237 money from last won bet confiscated?

I am new to this casino and really enjoy the games they have on offer , however after trying to withdraw funds from this casino on multiple occasions , i have still not received or herd any REALISTIC help from them to receive my funds.

trying to withdraw from them only makes my cash out pending , then after a few hours the pending cash outs vanish and the money is remains in my casino balance.

Emailing them got me a response that said " My bank refused the deposit " my bank did not refuse the deposit and assured me that there would be not manny banks on earth that would refuse a deposit of any size much less this one (1500 aud) email response bellow.

Casino X - Account closure during verification process, no justification whatsoever

I deposited 40 euros on this Casino and I got an 100% welcome bonus. First time in my life I managed to wager a bonus and I was at 400 euros at the end of the wagering. I then requested a withdraw and it was refused and they asked me to give documents (Photo of my passport, proof of address and photos of my debit card.) I sent the documents to the support mail and they answered to me and did not find the document for the proof of address and I sent it again. Then the support representative answered to me and said that She will send my documents to the "Security-team" of the Casino. Couple of hours later I got an email where they said that my account has been blocked. Casino X broke his own terms and conditions anf blocked my account with 2736$ on board. Administration said that there will be no withdraw to me.
The reason is very: i broke the rule number 4.4

I live at Sevastopol, Crimea. Account i created 19 may 2013, when all ukrainian players were allowed to play there. For this period i wasnt blocked or frozen at this casino. I didnt recieved any warnings or something else like that. My account is fully verified with passport, utility bills, telephone, all personal data.

Crimea became Russian region after 18 march 2014. And i continued playing at this casino after that and still didnt have any warnings or prohibitions from this casino. The most active playing period was from september 2016 till december 2016, when they blocked me. At this period i sent them my new telephone number started +7978 (MTS Russia at Crimea), my russian passport with full address, russian utility bill. I made deposits from such payment like Webmoney, Yandex money, Qiwi wallet, which is prohibited at Ukraine and from Ecopayz - UK payment system registered at my russian passport (about a year ago). I recieved withdraws at Qiwi wallet and Yandex money which is fully verified by russian documents and cannot be used at Ukraine. But when i accumulated a very good balance 2736$ at my account - they blocked my with such reason and took all my money away! Administration said that there will be no refund, because rule 4.4. AT other questions they ignore me and answered only with copy-paste letters like "we understand bla-bla-bla but no money bla-bla-bla".

To prevent any questions about balance i will answer why 2736$:
Main balance 1374
Account status Dark Knight (maximum at this casino) with about 2432 points = 304$
Prize 1000 euro for tournament (at that moment 1075 bucks) with x3 wager, which is (if we take average slot RTP 96%) equal 946 $. 1075*3=3225; 3225 * 4=129; 1075 - 129 = 946.
And +112 $ which they didnt pay me for Yggdrasil gaming christmas calendar where i won 1500 euro heading the first place at tournament Dec 5: Mystery Win TOURNAMENT. My player ID there is 64788 cw. Casino X paid only 1500$ for it.
So we have 1374 main + 304 nowager points + 946 from tournament + 112 from Yggdrasil = 2736$

So the part of this balance even do not belong to this casino, but they try now to take even Yggdrasil prize away! Thats why 1 more complain will be send to Yggdrasil gaming, because casino X didnt withdraw this money.

And i have quesions about this situation to such Casino:
1) Are you insist that you broke your license rules allowing me playing for such long period?
2) WHy my account was still working after you put Ukraine at rule 4.4?
3) Why there where no letters from you?
4) Why you recieved deposits from me and made withdraws to my Yandex and Qiwi?
5) Why there is no Crimea at terms and conditions? Even no hints.
6) How you decide which players are from Russia and which are from Ukarine? For example, Russian laws says that im Russian, i have russian passport and other documents which gave me state structure, so they real.
7) Why after full verificaton with this documents you didnt block me? But continue working with me?
8) How i can use Yandex, Qiwi and Wenmoney being, like you said, ukrainian?
9) What rule giving you the right to take away all my money from this account?

15-16 october - first cashouts to Qiwi USD. 18 oct - got letter that i have to make a new cashouts, because they had technical problems. Made new cashout requests. 20 oct - no cashout, support answered that all my requests are active. 22 oct - all cashouts declined. Online chat didnt answer for 30-40 minutes, even after i was the first there. E-mail support said, that the problem with my Qiwi USD account! No explains, no more information, nothing. About my Qiwi USD account: fully verified, more than 1.5 years using, made deposits from Qiwi usd at 22 october without any problem, got cashout at it 17 october, had no problems with it. Support continue saying fairy tales about "problem with your qiwi" without any additional information. Online chat do not respond

Tournaments, nothing else you wont find positive there.

1) Casino from Ukraine with ukrainian managment, so they ignore player problems and all complaints managment solve at their way only

2) License not Curacao Egaming. Its Antillephone. This license cost only 10000$ and dont give players any protection from any unfair decisions or casino bugs

3) Some reviews with positive mark here like "made deposit, played a little, pretty fine". Nothing else.

4) This casino + their joycasino blacklisted at many russian sites for inadequate management and a lot of unfair banned account without any payouts

5) Live support have poor english and average respond time about 25 minutes.

6) Most deposit bonuses have x10 max winnings!! All money higher will be confiscated.

Casino has decent amount of games and okay bonuses. Document process went okay and withdraw was also okay.

The withdrawal limit is based on your deposits. I won roughly 1500€ and had very low withdrawal limits. A daily limit of 230€ and a weekly limit of 450€ and a monthly limit of 1300€.

Basically any larger wins will take months and months to withdraw. The also have zero responsible gaming tools, obviously to make people play the money they cant withdraw. It's a honeypot trap.

Casino-X is a casino that I learned after I joined its sister casino Joycasino. When I played at these casinos they had an awesome offer of 500% deposit bonus for the first deposit. Unfortunately I see that they stopped this offer now.

Casino-X is a very nice casino, well designed website and has many slots providers. They have slots from some of my favorite providers like NetEnt, Microgaming, Thunderkick, Yggdrasil, Quickspin and some more, so they have a very good slots selection.

As I said they used to have a very good welcome offer where you could claim a 500% deposit bonus on your first deposit. This bonus was only for deposits of 10-19 euro and if you wanted to deposit more there was also a 200% deposit bonus. There was a max cap to the amount you could win which was 3000 which seemed fine to me. Also the wagering requirement of the bonus was 30 times the deposit and bonus amount which seems fair to me for such a big bonus. I have not found such a big bonus offer from casinos that have NetEnt slots or Microgaming yet. It really was a unique offer.

After creating my account I asked the live chat if I was eligible for the bonus since I had already claimed that in one of the sisters casinos. The support had very poor English knowledge and in bad English they responded that there was no problem.

I preferred to deposit the minimum amount in order to claim the promotion since I did not wanted to have larger wager to do. With a 10 euro deposit and 50 bonus I had already 1800 wager to complete.

So with a balance of 60 I went to the slots and played Dead or Alive with 0.18 bet. Unfortunately the slot session was very similar to the session I had to the Joycasino. The rtp I had was very small and the balance was down to zero very fast.

I opened an account with this casino one week ago. But I already self excluded in one of their group which was called Joycasino last month because of gambling addiction. Not much to like other then it looks good , and it has the good slots to play.

The RTP at this casino is the worst I've experienced 37 straight loses on dazzle me and there support said that's just unfortunate , offered 20 free spins which payed 0.60.

Nothing would make me play there again... Really feel something is not right...
Every time I had a decent payout to come the bet was rejected after the result .

This is one of the worst casinos I ever played on. The live part of roulette freezes... Accepts bet then rejects after result... guess what it would have been a decent payout. Had to fight for my cash back bonus.

I don't like in the casino that just cheating their customers. Just thieves.

This was my first experience when online casinos cheated. Won a decent amount, sent all the documents for verification through the day just blocked account , refusing to pay, arguing that they have suspicions that I have supposedly some account in this casino, although such, I do not have. I was just in shock.

If you want to give money to strangers people, and give, if possible the big win slightly more than 1500 dollars, you risk being simply thrown out of the casino. Russian casino is cheat.

The horrible RTP.
