Hi!
I received a Casino-X bonus and was rolling it over until I saw the message in my Casino-X account "This user has been blocked"! This meant I could no longer rollover my bonus and could no longer progress my rollover! I was very shocked and upset by this because I've amassed 912.74 USD in my Casino-X account! I was even more upset because the maximum bonus withdrawal - for this bonus - is 3975 USD! Why would Casino-X allow me to withdraw a great sum of money of 3975 USD for this bonus but block me when it's only a fraction of the allowed withdrawal amount (I've amassed only 912.74 USD?!)?!
I contacted Casino-X Live Chat and Casino-X Customer Services Representatives via numerous emails and all of the Casino-X Representatives gave me was a very vague, unsubstantiated and a poor reason why I was blocked from rolling over my bonus - they didn't really explain anything to me!! Casino-X emailed me and said "It is difficult for us to provide details of the restrictions." To be honest that doesn't explain anything. They couldn't be anymore unhelpful if they tried!
After sending numerous emails back and forth with Casino-X they didn't budge on their stance and I am still blocked from completing my Casino-X bonus rollover!
In conclusion - because I'm unable to complete my bonus rollover due to Casino-X's block in-place - my desired outcome is to be paid 912.74 USD because Casino-X has purposely prevented me from completing my bonus rollover!!

This all started with Casino-X accusing me of using a BOT to make bets?! I don't even know what a BOT is?! There's nothing wrong with placing lots of small bets 1.50 odds and higher - what else would I do?
Casino-X blocked me from betting when I'd completed 20% of my rollover?! This was an OUTRAGE!! Does Casino-X halt everyone's rollover when they gain momentum?? I spent over a week doing all these bets just to have them slam the door in my face - by freezing my account!! How many other people are they doing this to? Seems like the only reason Casino-X did this was because I was actually winning and progressing with my rollover!!
The bonus I was rolling over at Casino-X had a maximum withdrawal limit of $3950 USD! What would Casino-X's problem be with me (by preventing me making bets) if their bonus withdrawal was a high amount?!
Casino-X forfeited $912.74 USD so I am requesting Casino-X pay me this amount - what I earnt - once they prevented me from betting/completing my rollover! I am willing to negotiate what should be paid out to me but it doesn't really seem fair not to be paid what I earnt until I was prevented from betting/completing my rollover by Casino-X!!
Finally and more importantly - I am asking AskGamblers to adjudicate on this complaint - Not Casino-X!! Casino-X obviously wants to keep all the $912.74 USD for their profits therefore I don't trust Casino-X at all in this case!
I am certain AskGamblers will see the hardship Casino-X have placed upon me - stress, anxiety, frustration - all caused by Casino-X. AskGamblers therefore should rule in my favor and award me $912.74 USD to be paid to my Bitcoin account ASAP!
