For a short time I played at Casino X, but the casino provides conditions that still suit me. Quite simple and clear registration conditions. Without problems registered and received bonus accruals. They have a good welcome bonus of 200% and 200 free spins. Minimum to deposit bonus was $10 and to get the spins with the bonus was $20 if I remember correctly. The wagering was set at x25(D+B), I prefer their free spins bonuses and deposit free spins offers, as the wagering is only x20 the bonus amount which is cool, and the nice thing is they do not have a huge restrictions gaming list like other casinos.

I contacted live chat about some offer I received and the cashback after my game of play and luckily were available online. I do not think live chat is 24 hours as I remember one night, I needed them, and they were not available. They seem to know their stuff as I threw a few stuffs at them etc.

Verification of my account took 24 hours, that was like 2 years ago already. Although I am verified, I have not made a withdrawal as off yet. This casino has never given me a freebie, as it always just deposit offers. Delayed payments: They always postpone my payments in the hope that I will spend my winnings while I'm waiting. Have repeatedly had to wait an entire month to get my money, and they never admit their fouls, but blames third parties such as banks, government agencies...

Impossible bonuses: Impossible requirements like 30 x bet + bonus. If you have more bonus games active at the same time, it becomes even more complicated and I have often lost my winnings because they claim I have not fulfilled their bonus requirements (claims that are basically not possible to redeem ...).

Fair play: They don't even know the meaning of this. Several times I have tried to get my account closed, I have sent e-mails begging them to not send me advertising with great bonuses just for me. They just won't stop sending me offers!!!

Casino X? Wooo! With a name like that, anyone would think that this casino has got some really hot stuff included into their platform, but no way mate. None of those hot stuff are in, and that 'X' factor has nothing to do with the casino's offerings either. To me, it was all just a gimmick to get attention and be an attraction for the viewing public. Nothing is hot at all about Casino X, sorry to say. Oh, okay, with the exception of their huge first deposit bonus offer, which was even better than those from Madame Chance or Casino1, offering a whopping 500% bonus. Well, I have to admit, they caught my interest and pulled me in to sign up at the casino, but that has absolutely nothing to do with the 'X' factor, hehehe.

I was happy to see that Play'nGo games are included in the games directory, including games from other providers like NetEnt, Microgaming, Quickspin and Thunderkick, but these aren't really interesting to me, not like Play'nGo games. Thunderkick used to be one of my favourite game providers, but all their recent games have not been good to me, so it has now gone way down my popularity ladder, same as for NetEnt. Microgaming is actually on its way up, but my favourite games are hardly ever available for me to play them, and that sucks! Nowadays, I depend quite a lot on Play'nGo games to provide me the fun and entertainment that I need, although the games can hardly pay big, but it does give small wins regularly and frequently, which suits me just fine.

Frankly speaking, the bonus terms are not too bad. The wagering requirements on that deposit and bonus money are only 25x, which is very reasonable for a 500% bonus amount. Most casinos would impose no less than 30x the deposit plus bonus amount, or at least 60x the bonus amount alone. So it all depends on how good the games would play at Casino X. For me, as I found out, the games played rather badly, losing all of my deposit and bonus money, and that didnt' take very long either. It was a very disappointing experience for me, with a very disappointing play on the games, one which made me decide not to play at the casino again. Just too bad.

Other than those mentioned aspects, I cannot say anything much on its support and financial side. I didn't need to use their support team, and I didn't get any chance to test out their financial capabilities either. Nonetheless, what I don't know won't get bad marks from me, but won't get good marks either, hehehe.
