Delayed payments: They always postpone my payments in the hope that I will spend my winnings while I'm waiting. Have repeatedly had to wait an entire month to get my money, and they never admit their fouls, but blames third parties such as banks, government agencies...

Impossible bonuses: Impossible requirements like 30 x bet + bonus. If you have more bonus games active at the same time, it becomes even more complicated and I have often lost my winnings because they claim I have not fulfilled their bonus requirements (claims that are basically not possible to redeem ...).
