Cashmio Casino - Unfair action on tournament
I get promotion email from cashmio, about 3 weeks race and winner gets 5000e. I went to casino site and live chat with the customer support about the competition. (I have all chat scripts) I ask about the race and say I will invest 3000e to this tournament and want to be sure about the rules. Also, I read competition rules very carefully thought. Live support confirms all details and wishes me luck.

I played all night, sleeping in intervals to get much as points possible. I get lead position on the tournament, but lose 1100e that night.
Next day, I contact Cashmio loyalty team. I ask a bonus, and I get 2000e bonus with 10 000 deposit. There were 80 000e wagering requirement
Loyalty team wish me luck on games.

Day 3 comes on the tournament, I don't see anymore leaderboard and live support don't know anything. Loyalty team contact me in the morning and tells me that I can't play any more tournaments, because some players have a complaint that I have too many points (wtf...)

So they kick me out of the tournament. First, they support me to play and even give huge bonus, then next day ban me from the tournaments.

I lose 1100e for this tournament and this is the amount I'm asking back. I think it's totally unfair that casino first lure to play promotion and then I invest money and stay up all night, they kick me out because of some other players didn't stay up all night and didn't play much as I did.

I ask Cashmios official response to this case, here is what they say:

As agreed in Whatsapp conversation, we are writing to you about the decision made to exclude you from the Cash is King Tournament (special tournament promotion on Cashmio’s site).

We are considering Cashmio the World's Happiest Casino and therefore, we will try to offer the best and funniest gambling experience possible under the responsible gaming terms.

We support fair game play in individual gaming but even more in the Races where players are playing against each other by collecting points in selected slot games.

The decision mentioned above is about excluding you from the ongoing Cash is King Tournament. We have stated in the Race’s terms and conditions that players can be excluded from the Races at any time without a particular notification.

The term is stated as follows: Cashmio has the right to exclude certain players from races, lotteries, campaigns or any other special promotions at any time without notifying the players.

The player has repeatedly abused the race system to his own benefit and played in a way that is not fair. In order to give a fair and enjoyable competition experience to all our players equally we have made the decision to exclude his participation.

The decision stands until further notice.

Cashmio Casino - Most complicated account verification I have encountered
I created a new account at the site cause it had a more variety of games then their partner online gambling site which i had an account in so i made my first deposits and started playing and after requesting the first withdraw i was asked to submit few documents in order to verify the account and process the withdraw and the withdraw was processed few days after sounds normal procedure until now .

So after waiting few more days for the withdraw to arrive to the bank account i received an email mentioning the the withdraw have been returned by the bank for some reason that i used a third party credit card which i sent the verification for already and the withdraw was processed accordingly .

That's fine so i was asked to submit more documents which i did immediately again and all the documents got rejected around 12-14 documents submitted all was rejected ( which sounds wired that all those documents is rejected not one or two ) and i asked for the reason they said i had to send them all again which didn't make sense that all those documents getting rejected for quality of photos etc... so i took photos of all what was requested again and waited for the response .

After few more days i was asked to send a photo of me holding the passport and then i was asked to re send the bank statement again which i did .

Few more days later i was asked then that i will be receiving a phone call so i sent them the timing that i will be available in to receive the call , i received a call answered the questions and was told that everything is fine and that they will process the withdraw at the soonest ,

After few more days i received an email saying the account is verified contacted the live support to get an update and i was asked to create another account with a my country currency ( which the site doesn't offer ) and that the funds will be transferred their and then i have to submit a withdraw again . I said fine i tried to create an account while the live chat is still on but new accounts didn't have the option to make me choose a currency it automatically choose British pounds for me to play in like the account i had already with them , so i informed them and was asked that i will be contacted shortly which was almost 2 days from now .

In this point i started to get upset about all this back and forth and the thing that upset me the most that the withdraw was accepted at the beginning and processed and when it got returned they asked for more documents and more requests and once i complete a request they ask for one more request and more and still ongoing .

Here are the requests that the casino asked me to do and still the withdraw not processed

- Passport Copy
- Utility bill
- Photo me of holding the passport
- Phone call
- Creating a new account with different currency

I hope i can resolve this issue at the soonest also i would like to add that i had an account in their partner website guts and i used third party deposits but didn't have to go through all this hustle with them to process the withdraw .

Cashmio Casino - Done a 1 month cool-off period, but they say I am self excluded
Hi my long term self exclusion. Finished on 17.5.2018 according to mt secure trade casino pop so they went through a 24 HR cooling off period then reopened my acc on 18th May 2018 and I deposited. I then requested for cashmio who is also part of my secure trade to reopen my account which they said they will check if my exclusion is finished and then came back shortly on live chat and said your acc is now reactivated so I logged on and played deposited roughly £100 I then went to settings and requested time out for 1 month.i could still log on my casino pop ACC which was fine until this morning 19th may 2018 I went to live chat and they said you are self excluded so I said how? They said they don't know I figured out something not right so went on live chat to Cashmio where completely unprofessional service was given the officetr said I had self excluded until 17.6.2018 which is month away now how can exclude for 1 month when exclusion is a minimum of 6 months so I explained I done a time out not S.E. he went back several times to tech dept after they think they done a technical error and are going to come back to me. My arguement is that if my exclusion was well before they should not have let me reopen my account and deposit and if so refund my deposits both Casino pop and cashmio and I know they have done error I have only asked for 1 month time out not self exclusion then they should let me log onto my other mtsecure trade casinos. I have the transcript email.

Cashmio Casino - Payment overdue
Hi, I have no desire to write a novel but this maybe the making of an awesome one. Firstly I have 4 withdrawals with a value total to 4500 euros which is about 6700 New Zealand dollars. I am a New Zealander. When I went to attempt to have money paid to my visa Cashmio said it can't be done for NZ try the bank transfer option. I did but put in my cashflow card number where it asked for the account number. So I had made a mistake by giving the card number instead of the bank account number. The card allows me to withdraw money and is for the account. After sending the necessary documents to correct my mistake a person from support said payments department have approved your documents and have the information to proceed with payment. The first payment was approved on 14 November 2016, documentation to correct my mistake was approved on the 25 November 2016. Today I asked Cashmio live chat support when I would receive payment and was told again you made a mistake and we need more information and by the way we are blocking you from your account for security reasons not disclosed, and we want you to send copies of your cashflow card, which you used in your attempt to receive payment. And we will need to recall your withdrawal from our payments provider. I said all I want is the money and that I will provide all the documents required to receive the cash but was told I think we need to continue with the recall option, which means all withdrawals will come back into my account I am assuming, and I would have to withdraw again. So from the payments department saying they have the information they need 4 days ago to today being told you have been blocked from using your account. Please help I have spent a few hundred dollars and won a few thousand but received nothing, and have made an effort to courteous in my correspondence. I feel like this will go on and I may never receive any payments. The processing time for bank transfers is 1-5 days. I made a mistake and tried to correct it with live chat by saying I put my card number in the space where it asks for an account number and the support person said the payments department said it's fine we can use this information to proceed. This was not to be. What I have learn't from this is that the payments provider should be able to be accessed by the user because often the information that is given by live chat is not in line with the payments provider. Also automated emails are not in sync with the payments provider and the live chat. Watch this space. Signing out hoping for a miracle.

Cashmio Casino - Getting a hard time requesting a withdrawal
Hi I am trying to make a withdrawal to my bank within Australia and the withdrawal box asks for an IBAN number which my Australian bank and most others don't use. If nothing is put in box you can't withdraw. Tried everything suggested. They are saying they have been open since end of May so as far as I'm concerned they know about this and have done for at least three weeks, they admitted I'm not only Australian customer complaining. I wonder just how many are waiting. They have told me if withdrawal not done through this withdrawal box it will bounce back in two weeks which is strange as I firstly know they are able to override that withdrawal box and do manually when asked. Secondly a transfer only takes 3-5days so why would it all of a sudden bounce back in two weeks, does not make sense and I feel I'm being stalled as their answers not good enough. If they've been open a month this issue should have been well and truly resolved and still if customer wants their money asap they should do manually on request if their system fails the customer. I have told them this will be on a public forum and the publicity won't be the best but that if resolved it will be also publicised by yourselves. Really this isn't good enough and chat person already conceded they should have done their homework on bank requirements of countries able to use their casino. I've been told one or two days for the withdrawal box issue to be resolved but I'm not convinced as its been known about too long and not fixed as yet. Think they need a push from yourselves who in past have done an excellent job on my behalf

Great selection of games, great modern website with modern services (withdrawing, depositing etc). Out of all of the other gaming sites I have tried, Cashmio is in my top 2 - not being biased at all when considering the fact that I hit a 2000x win within my first 2-3 hours!

More choice of interesting games. Always have something to play. Good site design, very convenient to use. I also like games a lot, I have never met such people before, I haven’t even tried to play at all.

The service really does not care very well about its customers. The support replies for a long time, and even if it does, the problem cannot always be solved. And in general, I am pleased with this casino. If you look generally normal. I will play on and share my impressions.

Many nice games...very friendly support...makes fun

I deposited money. Cashmio´s provider is entercash. The money is booked from my bank-account but not on my players-account. Cashmio told me it may take 1-2 days the money will be deposited on my players-account. So... I wanted to play now...not in 1-2 days...this is fraud. There is no way to get my money back. I just have to sit and wait, when the "gentlemen" are able to handle the transfer. Absolutely no go! I will stop playing in any casino working with entercash!

Chat is great, they really do try to work with you.

Long verification process- they rejected my Cell bill with address as proof of address, they don’t accept mobility bills and i had to submit a letter from the government, they finally approved my Notice of Assessment as proof of address, upon chat with customer service.
Additional checks outside account verification process - upon withdrawing, they rejected and reversed my funds back to my players account by the next morning. I was told they needed a bank statement to prove my bank account was mine. Even though I had already provided a void cheque/PAD with my personal and account details upon verification. I had to resubmit my complet bank statement with details, as well as my PAD again, and was told it could take up to 24 hours to review those. The verification process is unlike any other site I’ve played on. Everything other than depositing money and playing is quite complicated and a long process. The really do need to review all other casinos and change their process.

Poor customer care. They are really nice about not helping, or explaining that its their policy and they are only following policy. I withdrew $130 from a $20 deposit took 28 days, then only $111.00 hit my bank. I inquired about this, they said my bank may have charged me, but no, not my bank. Then they said Payment providers took fees. I have NEVER been charged before for a bank wire. So I am still of the mind I got screwed
Also I withdrew on Jan24th Two days before my proof / drivers licence expired. They would not pay, like I ceased being me. So I sent the interim letter of proof the canadian government supplies me while waiting for my card through the mail.Cashmio rejected that. Finally got them my new card, was approved then I waited. The money sat in my player account, taken out of withdrawal status without telling me. I found out days later when I asked about the status of my withdrawal. Really shitty policy and they don't care.
I don't recommend Cashmio, if you are looking for fair and proper treatment.

Good game selection, easy to deposit, bonus only available through a few ways of deposit.

Bonus are only paid when you transfer money by certain ways. In my case I did not receive my bonus and got cranky so I tried refunding my money and that's where it begins.

Getting your money or your winnings back requires tons of information. Most other casino's will give you back your deposit or small wins without question. Cashmio wants to know everything about you even if you want to get your deposit back.
A bank statement, address and ID together for a small withdrawals seems very excessive.

For anyone looking for a decent place with not too much hassle there are plenty of other casinos check out.
