My name is < full name removed > and I am a cadoola casino player. I would like to report a problem and complaint. I did not use a bonus in the casino, I played with my own money. I won, but they refused to pay my prize to any financial instrument.

1. Payment request

I asked for the bank card I used to pay for the game. Embossed card, valid card, can accept foreign currency, I regularly pay with it abroad, no banking problems. My payment request has been cancelled.

I wrote to customer service and they told me to choose an IBAn number.

2. Payment request

I entered an IBAN number belonging to a Revolut account, which also belongs to my name.This claim has also been cancelled. I wrote to the customer service again that neither payment was successful.

3. Payment request

I gave customer service my bank account details, which are connected to the visa card used for the payment.


At the moment, I am at the point where they are not willing to transfer my own money. I have 3 payment options, all in my own name.

I write to the online customer service in vain, they do not help me, they leave the conversation.

In all cases, I entered an international format, all my data is real, everything is in my own name, and everything works. I have been waiting for the money to be disbursed for more than a week. I also filed a complaint with the casino yesterday, but I still haven't received a response.

I took a screenshot of everything, which shows that my bonus balance is 0 and my real balance is HUF 200,000.

I want to get my money.

Cadoola Casino - Withdrawal way past normal processing time
Good day AskGamblers.com,

I have used your website for many years when looking for new casinos. I registered as a member only today to register a complaint.

I believe I have properly read all the instructions on how to do this correctly and understand what not to do.

My case is quite simple, I have been a member of Cadoola Casino since Wed, Mar 27, 2019.

At some point I stopped playing there but started playing there again in May of this year (2023). I think it is a good casino and made many deposits and several withdrawals on there since May 2023. Those deposits and withdrawals were processed and sent to me in between 24 and 72 hours. I use MuchBetter for deposits and withdrawals on Cadoola. I have email receipts of those withdrawals, such as when the withdrawals were made, and the subsequent emails saying when the withdrawals had been fully processed, and after checking my MuchBetter account saw that indeed the money had been received each time.

However, on June 26. 2023, at 3:25 a.m. I made a withdrawal of $175 CAD and on June 27, 2023, at 1:47 a.m., another withdrawal of $200 CAD. Those withdrawals have not been processed yet and I am worried about them since it is taking so much time. I contacted Cadoola Chat Support three or four days after the first withdrawal of June 26. I think it was on June 30 or July 1, asking about the delay and I was told that withdrawals take 3 business days, which it had already been more than 3 business days.

On Wednesday, July 5, 2023, when it had been six to seven business days I emailed [email protected] a polite and detailed description of my withdrawals and asked about when my withdrawals would be processed, that was a week ago, they have not replied.

So, three days later, on July 8, I contacted Chat Support on their website again and I was not getting clears answers from their agent. I told the agent (Kevin) that he is supposed to be there to help me and to please give me answers and at the end he said:

“Thanks so much for your patience. I have just checked your gaming account. I see your withdrawal is in the final stage of being processed.
Moreover, I also just forwarded a request to the financial department in order to speed up your request.” ~

I told Kevin, “Great thank you Kevin, that's the answer I wanted to hear, have a nice day”.

I do have the complete transcript of that chat should you require it.

That was four days ago, and I have yet to receive my two withdrawals.

I will attach a screenshot of the two pending withdrawals to show their amounts, the date and time of the withdrawals as well as you can see a red X next to them, which allows one to cancel the withdrawal and get the money back into your account balance to continue playing with it. I should note that after I made those withdrawals, I continued depositing and playing for several days as normal, but did not win, and therefore, made no other additional withdrawals since. But since I saw the withdrawals were not coming, I have since stopped playing there to wait for the funds.

As you can see, it has now been more than 11 to 12 business days since the withdrawals were made.

Could you please help me?

I do like the games selection and the no sticky bonus! The casino looks very nice and is easy to find stuff

There is a few things that Cadoola needs to improve. First of all the support is no good, not profetional at all, just ask you to send email here and there so solve easy problems they should be able to answer on the spot.
I had/have a withdrawal that I requested 3 weeks ago - first the document process was veeeery long. Then they pay me about €1000 per day, which will take me 2 weeks to get my money. They should be able to send more money at the time in my opinion! The whole process has just been very long... .

Alot of games with the best providers and great deposit options

0-24 withdrawl time is a lie. They take alot of time before they Accept your withdrawl been waiting 2 days with my current request. I Saw a review from may when they Said it would come options to set a deposit limit but you cant do that

Quite a good selection of games & decent layout. However a lot more negatives over positives with Cadoola

No communication whatsoever when coming to withdrawal. Cadoola Financial Department stall your process hardcore. And if there is a problem with a document that you send they won’t even reply with what is wrong, even if you know for a fact it’s 100% correct (happened to me) infact they’ll just keep asking for your document even after asking what the problem is + they’ll cancel your withdrawal for no reason without communicating the problem. Under there terms and conidition of 6.2 “withdrawal must be made with what deposit system was used” they had bank transfer as a withdrawal option but not as a deposit option. Which technically under there T&C 6.2 makes it impossible to withdraw with Bank. I withdrawed with Bank Transfer and pointed it out, and they have since then removed Bank transfer for an option of withdrawing. A customer pointing out a basic mistake.. just may prove this casino site is lazy or clearly aren’t professional with heaps of flaws. Wouldn’t bother or recommend signing up for this casino. Unless playing for the sole purpose of entertainment. To be honest probably worst encounter I’ve experienced with a casino.

They came fromAraxio Development N. V. group of casino and must say they are plenty of them if I saw correctly they seven from the same group, as I already said N. Dont know much about Cadoola casino since they are new to me and I wouldn't open account here if their sister casino I believe it was Malina Casino which has sent me offer from this guys if I open account here will get 20 free spins on Immortal Romance game.
Seeing their site , nice looking one, as for the bonuses I see plenty of them I guess the player needs to choose from would he/she take 160% or 100% and another reloads offers as a 50% reload attached with some free spins.

Well when it comes to bonuses wagering is not that friendly, actually I dont see it as friendly, because wagering X 30 the bonus and the deposit made, not for my taste at all. But still if we want to play with their bonuses must read and honor their terms and conditions.

There is nothing more disappointing than an unfortunate encounter in an online casino right at the first moment after depositing,. Read along!

I signed up and went right and read the casino bonus T&C before depositing, Here's what stated in T&Cs:
"3. In order to obtain the bonus, you need to contact us via livechat or via em-mail: [email protected]"
So far so good, I deposited and went to livechat asking for the bonus to be added, the chat support threw this at me:
" Now i cant add bonus. All bonuses are added manually by our senior manager starting at 10:00 GMT + 3, please contact Live chat within the specified period for the bonus to be added. "
When confronting him about what is in the T&Cs , he then in a not-expected manner terminated the chat.
What is point of asking to contact live-chat if the live-chat can't solve this simple question? I will let you decide if this casino worth depositing and playing at. For me it's just regret.

Absolutely nothing. Not even layout itself. I would have given it 0 star if if I could.

Makes you send written requests WITH a reason to get you self-excluded. No casinos on earth do that. Normal operating casinos have "self-control" on their website so us players can set limits instantly. Live chat says send Email with a reason, I don't need a reason to have my account closed under Responsible Gaming policy. Avoid at any cost.

I am very satisfied with the site and the selection of games. Exactly according to my taste. Many "books" from amatics and playNgo and many other good games. Even support in the chat is very good. Worse it is with account verification in financial department. I have similar experiences as players over me. I write something to the negatives.

So far, I give Cadoola 9.5 from 10 for this moment.

I have many casino accounts, but I haven´t such a problem with my account verification. I first asked for ID and prtscr of Netellen account. (personal data + account number). I sent it 2-3 times because I couldn´t find them together. Then they asked a selfie with holding my ID. (I haven´t seen this before just checking my netellen account). After doing this, they will give another day for verification and ask for bank details. I don´t understand that anymore, since I sent the money out of my netellen account.

It all came to me as a stretch of time and I wrote in the chat a few lines. Eventually, after 5 minutes, they wrote from financial dep. that I cant use netellen becose is unavailable, and I have to do a bank transfer and the money will immediately send me.

Not to this problem I give 10/10 because, according to my experience, I will definitely put another money in this casino

Cadoola Casino is one of the latest casinos to come online, owned by Araxio Development N.V, but unfortunately, Araxio group of casinos are not really to my liking, this Cadoola Casino included. Well, honestly speaking, Cadoola may have been the exception and become one of my favourite casinos, but subsequent turn of events changed all that - more on this a little later on.

The Welcome package was quite irresistible for me when I saw its promotional email. It was offering a standard 100% deposit bonus but with 200 free spins, spread over 10 days, so that's 20 free spins a day. Argh! I have never liked this sort of splitting offer - I always prefer all 200 free spins in one go! Hehehe. But, I took up the offer anyway, since I couldn't find any better offer anywhere else. Got myself registered, made my first 20 EUR deposit, but had to claim that 100% bonus from their Live Chat host - a slight inconvenience for me, which I also do not generally like at all. After a long 3 days wait after making that withdrawal claim, the casino's KYC Department requested for my documents for verification! Why it took them 3 days to do that was beyond my comprehension!
