I had an experience at this casino that I'd like to share. I deposited around €9000 into my account on the site but didn't receive any bonuses at all. The reason I was given was that the administration decided so (whatever that means, because they never explained it).

I reached out to their incompetent chat support, who mumbled and stuttered, talking all over the place. Out of nowhere, I found out that I was a VIP member (Gold), which supposedly means I'm entitled to a 10% cashback every week. There’s no clear information or communication. It's still uncertain whether I will actually receive any money back or not. It’s incredibly stressful to play in a casino where there's so much chaos. This is terrible. I'm sick of this amateur, misleading group.

To be honest, I came here only because of the bonuses, since they give a normal bonus for beginners with a nice wager. When depositing, there were no additional hidden fees or various nonsense, and I withdrew after verification. There is a large selection of jackpots here.

The design of this place in amazing, love the layout of the games, and more explanation of different features than in any other casino I've seen.
Good and nice support. great games, but that's about it for the positives. I guess I'm am not the only one concerned with the withdrawal limit. It is the lowest I've seen.
And withdrawal times are inconsistent. One time I received my money in 6 hours, one time it took almost three days, makes no sense to me. If those two things would get fixed, it would be a very high quality casino.

Nice layout with many games that I can't usually play at other casinos so this is the reason I play here sometimes.
The support is sometimes helpful. I find that the games load quickly also.

This casino is not very good, from having support that sometimes seem like they want to help but most times do nothing.
There VIP system is complete < content removed > 100 VIP points = $1 ? This is crazy because I made over 2000 in deposits and received $1 so that seems kind of crazy.
My suggestion is not to play there because for the time I have spent playing there I have not received a single cash out.

+Lots of great bonuses and they are non-sticky! At least once a week 50% bonus.
+Chat support is always there
+Good game selection
+Usually really fast server times. You can spin pragmatic buffalo king 100 spins in about 30 seconds :D

Kinda anything related to cashouts:
-The limit for withdraws is really low, only 500€/day (I think it used to be 400€/day before so a little progress)
-The financial department is also slow to answer
-It would be great if you could lock your balance while waiting to cash out

They promote bonus and free spins on your 4 first deposits. I got one of them. Trying to contact them on live chat, but the live chat doesn't work. I've sent emails. Took a day before they replied. Didn't answer anything, just gave me a tiny "loyalty" bonus, they probably hoped i would leave them alone. Sent another one 2 days ago. No reply. Sent another one today. Very unserious casino, smells scammy a long way. Would never recommend this to anyone.

I cannot leave my first review way after all the problems I had with them. They send emails with bonuses but they don't give it to you when you deposit or if you ask for it even after asking customer «don't» care. The answer I received: «we reserve a right to cancel the availability of a bonus at any moment». And that for no reason. Also, withdrawals are longer than their competitors. Don't waste time on this site, there's many great casino out there and this one is not one of them.

Gutes onlinecasino und AG coins haben geklappt soweit alles wunderbar ging schnell und war alles von supportseite aus sehr schnell und freundlich von statten

The site’s layout is fresh & modern. I like the colors & the brightness. The site (software) also functions fine, no problem with that. They have Trustly deposit which also worked, unlike Visa. This is better than Black Diamond Casino, so had to give 2 stars...

You can deposit as much as you want, but you can only withdraw 500 euros at a time, with a long pending time. They promise to get it sorted in max 3 business days; for me, it didn’t work that way. After 3 business days I started asking after my withdrawal; only then. I think the whole process was initiated. Well, finally I received it, after like 5 business days. Visa deposit was problematic; it seems to me my first Visa deposit disappeared somewhere, at least for a few days before it was refunded, or maybe for good. Can’t be sure about that (I have so much Visa traffic).

It is very problematic & dangerous that you cannot set ANY limits for yourself. No deposit limits whatsoever. It takes a long time waiting for your withdrawal of max 500 euros; meanwhile, you can cancel it at any time. They just want you to play & lose there as much money as possible. Luckily, in the end, I was at least able to exclude myself :D
There are many safer places & more reliable sites to play in.

Casino looked fine and I wanted to try it out. I saw the AG coin offer. When I clicked in, it said that it was just for the first 100 players, so I contacted the live chat to check if its still active. The chat host, told me that he couldn't see if its still active before I opened an account. I told him that I was not interested if I didn't get the bonus, and then I told me that he could credit me the bonus manually if campaign already had reached 100 players. Therefor I opened an account.

Problem was that when I contacted the live chat again ( directly after opening the account) they wouldn't give it to me. First they said that the campaign had reached 100 players, and was no longer available. When I said that I was told that I would get it anyway, I was told that live chat couldn't do it. After a little while I was told I could contact support by e-mail. They coudnt do anything. First I was told that it was only the administration that could credit bonuses manually. When I asked to get in contact with the administration, they just answered 2 or 3 times that I wouldn't get the bonus, without answering my question about getting in contact with administration. Cadoola is a very good casino and it looks like most of the AG coin casinos are pretty good to be fair. They have this weird rule which I didn't know, you have to wager your own money (I repeat it again your own money not bonus) three times before you can make a withdrawal. I had deposited 105 dollar and I lost it. then I've deposited 100 dollar and I won 150 and I wanted to cash it out. They didn't approve it and said I have to wager the last 100 dollar 3times before I can make a withdrawal. Well I had to do it and obviously I lost it all. I have never seen 3x wager for your own money. I have played in lots of casinos and never seen such a weird rule. so careful if you deposit 1000 dollar you have to wager it 3000 for you to be able to make a withdrawal.

Nice casino, good selection of providers and games, good customer support.

Withdrawal is a horror. After high stakes and a great profit, I wanted to withdraw. There is no possibility to upload the documents directly on the website. The documents were not requested until after I asked what was needed for the payment. The sum of the daily payout was 800, - EUR on the first day and then only 500, - per day (you will automatically be downgraded on payout). The casino needs 3 WORKING-days for each withrawal to clear and only 3 payouts can be open at the same time.
Can't set limits of deposits and losses - just by chat or e-mail.
Out of stupidity (and the long withrawal-time), I almost gambled away the entire win and closed my account as a consequence. (Translation with Google)

Id love to play there time to time. Had some loses and wins aswell.

But what is really painfull is withdrawals! I won like 2000, then immedietaly they lowered my status to Classic, so you can withdraw just 500 every 24hours. Before this win it was like 1000 daily = so they want you to lose this money back. The more you play and more you win, the lower status you have. There is such a no reason to play.

Well thats not all. Im waiting for my withdrawals for more than a week and still nothing. I could not contact them via phone, it ends automatically everytime.

No contact to manager.

And the worst thing is: now with my cashout problem i was reading terms and cond and there is a note 10.2., that players from czech republic are not allowed to play NETENT games and i still can play them. How is possible that they let me play them and lost mobey on them?

Removal of withdraw options after deposit, forcing me to open a new bank account to get a VISA just to withdraw!

The withdrawal limit is sick. 500$ every 48h. I hade 70k win.
When Will i receive them IF only 500 every 48h. They wait so you Will lose your winning. I was happy when I win but after the withdrawal processes I know they Will make everything to make you lose you winning.
