BoyleSports Casino - Refusing to pay winnings and provide reason why

I won £1399 following a deposit of £100 and a £100 bonus. I played slots and won. I completed the wagering requirements on slots and attempted to withdraw. I had carefully checked that I had not broken any terms and conditions, which I had not. Boylesports casino have stated they will not pay my winnings and have stated they are refunding my £100 deposit. They have not quoted any reason other than "Casino Management Decision." This seems a case of not wanting to pay winnings, as they had absolutely no problem in keeping hold of losing deposits I had made.

Hi I withdrew 3 amounts on the 6th July from boylesports the first amount was £20.15 the second amount was £180 and the third amount was £30. On the 8th July I received the £20.15 withdrawl and the other two have not been paid. I have repeatedly argued with boylesports for the last 2 weeks and sent them daily bank statements to prove I have not received the missing £210. They are now saying it is down to their third party card processor worldpay and will not investigate it further as in their eyes they say they have paid out the money. I have no way of speaking to worldpay with regards to this as they will not give me the details, I have spoken to customer support everyday for a week and im getting nowhere. Whilst it is not a huge sum of money its still £210 and I cannot believe how rude and stupid their customer services reps are. Please can you assist with this matter if at all possible.

Boyle Casino - Having troubles with unfinished bonus round

on Tuesday 8th of May i was playing Halloween Fortune on Boyles Casino. The website was running slow and kept kicking me out of certain games, eventually Halloween Fortune seemed to be working ok so I played a few spins then hit a bonus round. After 5 spins on the bonus round the game froze so i took scrrenshots and reloaded the game but the bonus round and my winnings had dissapeared! I immediatly contacted live chat who claimed they were unable to see any bonus rounds on my account and to contact care through the email address. I did this and sent the screenshots advising of the problem, after 3 day Boyles finally replied apologising that the site had been suffering from technical difficulties on that day andd offering me £20 bonus as compensation! The problem is this bonus round could have been worth a substatial anount of money... I was doing £5 spins and hit a x4 multiplier for 20 free spins! £5x4=20x20= 400 - i know this is not an accurate of working out the worth of the bonus round but it should have paid a substantial amount of money to me. I refused the £20 bonus from Boyles and explained my unhappiness but they are unwilling to help further. i have attached photos showing the bonus round and the game history that shows an incomplete game Thankyou

Boyle Casino - Withdraw nightmare, Stay away!!!

Anyone reading this stay away from these I withdrew 5600sek completed the documents process then when I was able the finally withdraw the nightmare started. First I could not withdraw the money- some server problem the said had to do it via chatsupport, okay done now they said 24 hours process then they will send the money it has been 5 days still the money has not been processed and I get the same answer It has to go thorugh the Finance Team im sick of this bullshit they even said my bank has to accepted the withdraw. Boyle Casino - Bonus Not Given As Promised

I am writing regarding the Christmas Giveway Promo held on Boyles casino website. The original Terms and Conditions stated wager up to £1000 to receive the required cash bonus. So According to these initial T&Cs , I wagered over £700 on slots to receive the requisite cash bonus. Wagering took place on Dec. 26, 2015. In the process I have lost £85. Subsequent to this , I have received a message saying they had altered the T&C.. They sent a message "Christmas Giveway Announcement' to my inbox at your site dated 29 December 2015 , informing that the original T&Cs contained an error and that instead of £1000 wagering it should have read £10,000 (ten times more). They also stated that "This error was rectified as soon as we became aware on the 27.12.15 @ 11am." By doing this they have effectively changed the T&Cs retroactively. With that, as per the same message, they are attempting to justify this change by relying on the following provision of your General T&Cs: "Boylecasino may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any promotion or their Terms & Conditions at any point, without prior notice and for any reason. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being posted in the relevant Terms & Conditions sections of the Boylecasino website." Because my wagering took place before 11 am on 27.12.15 (the time they claim to have posted the changes) I firmly believe that the original T&Cs should apply to me and that I am now due the requisite cash reward from them as I was obeying the terms and conditions at the time.

Thanks Good Morning, This email, whilst no doubt being an issue that is ongoing since this offer ended, is still important to your customers. We received emails of the wager £1000 for £100 offer, advertised as the 'Christmas giveaway'. Great, I thought, seems like a reasonable offer being christmas, they ways it was worded it sounded like a good offer to go for. I played this offer on the 26th of december where i wagered £1110, as confirmer on LC by 'VIP Charm'. 'VIP Charm' Also confirmed that my 'opt in' was successful for the 'promotion of stake £1000 and the cashback for £100' - that there is a direct quote. the offer ended on the 28/12/15 with cashback due on the 29/12/15. So I had no reason to check my Boyles account before that as on the 26/12/15 I wagered £1110, meaning I was looking forward to receiving my £100 cashback. On the 29/12/15 I logged into my account to find an email, dated the 29/12/15, suggesting a terms and conditions change on the 27/12/15 at 11am. Knowing I played on the 26th I expected my account to qualify for the old terms and conditions. After all I Never 'opted in' to a wager £10,000 for £100 cashback. That in itself is such a ridiculous offer that not many people would even try to attempt. However, here is now the problem. For some reason you are refusing to pay me what i rightfully earnt in the offer of wager £1000 for £100. The first line of customers services are, while polite enough, no able to provide any details or information, simply that the 'casino management' have made a decision and I will not receive my cashback. So upon trying to contact them it would appear that they are refusing to speak to me about anything. I am going to quote the email sent in my inbox, (which has now been deleted by boyles); 'Hi George While you received a GBP10.00 bonus in our Xmas Giveaway, there was a discrepancy in our Xmas Giveaway terms and conditions which saw the incorrect staking threshold posted in the original terms and conditions. This is appalling, you have set a standard now, anyone who played before 11am on the 27th of december 2015 is entitled to this cash back. And I am one of them. Boyle Casino - Christmas Giveaway Promo Bonus Not Given

I, the Claimant, opted in and participated in Christmas Giveaway promotion announced on 26/12/2015 by BoyleSports at its website (the “Promotion”). Claimant staked over £1,000 on slots before 11 am on 27/12/2015 to win £100 as per the terms and conditions of the promotion, losing £100 in the process. On 29/12/2015, the day following the end of Promotion, the Claimant discovered a message of the same date from the Respondent in his inbox at the Respondent’s site (the “Error Message”), admitting that the original terms (the “Original Terms”) had contained an error and that respective wagering requirement have been changed, effective 11 am 27/12/2015. Under the revised terms (the “Revised Terms”), staking requirements have been increased tenfold, meaning that in order to receive £100 cash reward customers should have staked over £10,000. The Claimant E-mailed the Respondent on 29/12/2015 disagreeing with retroactive application of the revised terms to him, based on the fact that he staked over £1,000 long before the Revised Terms took effect, and that therefore, the Claimant was due £100 cash reward as per the Original Terms. As of 13/01/2016, despite several requests from the Claimant, the Respondent failed to make the cash reward of either £100 as per the Original Terms or even £10 as per the Revised Terms. This is despite claims of other gamblers on social media that they have been compensated full £100 as per the Original Terms. On 31/12/15 the Respondent’s representative apologized and promised to remedy the situation but shortly after this position was reversed. No adequate explanation or reasoning was provided in response to the Claimant’s complaints made via E-mail and the Live Chat facility of the Respondent’s website. Immediately after the complaints, the Claimant received multiple requests from the compliance department of the Respondent for various documents with warning of account suspension, all betting history of the Claimant disappeared from the History tab at the Respondent’s website and the Error Message was deleted from the Claimant’s inbox without his prior knowledge or consent. The Claimant considers that the conduct of the Respondent constitutes breach of contract, is unfair, unreasonable and illegal, and hereby requests compensation in the amount of £100.

Boyle Casino changed terms on their Xmas Giveaway Promotion after I had completed the offer and refuse to honour their terms

I took part in the Xmas Giveaway Promotion at BoyleCasino, the terms stated play through £1k on slots for a £100 cash bonus. I wagered through £1k on 26/12/15. I heard nothing from Boylecasino but logged in online on the 30/12/15 and had a message in my BoyleCasino inbox dated 29/12/2015 stating they had updated the T&C's for this offer on 27/12/2015 to "wager £10k for a £100 cash bonus". As they changed their terms and have applied them retrospectively and now consider the matter closed I feel strongly that I should have been paid what I am owed from the original terms of the promotion which were active when I took part. I have also seen people mention on the BoyleCare Twitter feed that they took part in the promotion before the t&cs were changed and wagered £1k and have since been paid the correct amount of £100 cash bonus. This is hardly treating all customers fairly. In the general T&Cs on the BoyleCasino site it states that "Customers must be notified of material changes to terms before they come into effect" but the only communication I received was the message on the 29/12/15 for a change made 2 days earlier. I have to date received a £10 cash bonus as per their 'revised' T&Cs for the promotion but strongly believe that they should pay me the other £90 as promised by their original terms. This is my very first review ever, so I hope you will like it. I have been online gambling for 3 years, it is my hobby and a bit of adrenaline and spare money is also good. I have played in dozens casinos but wanted to start with one of my faves - Boyle casino is one of them.

I registered there about 1 year ago, when I was searching for a new gambling place. Last time I visited Boyle was about a month ago, I played with my already existing account money. What I really like about this casino is that it's provided by Playtech cause Playtech games have never disappointed me and the design of the games there and the casino page itself is really nice.

I am always really lucky at roulette and always get great winnings, I put high bets, so when I win - I win big. My biggest winning at Boyle casino was 60 Eur and it was at roulette. I have withdraw from them once, because I am a passionate gambler and I like to make my money to make money but that time when I did withdraw, the process was really fast and I got my money within 3 days. I do like to play with their live dealers, the girls are always great looking and that makes me stay longer and play longer, I guess it's a win-win to the casino and to me. I visit the casino once in a while when there are new games or some kind of special offers and they have my favorite slots game- Ironman in which I've won 50 euros with one spin.

I have talked to their live support team and they are always very nice and patient and they never make me wait for long. I've seen that there are people who have worse experience than me but Boyle casino brings me positive emotions, because the time I spend there is always with more winnings than damages. This is my next review from the Boyle casino. For a long time I didn't cared about the Boyle casino but when I saw they had some good promotions I decided to try it with a minimum deposit. They have Playtech games but the cool thing is the instant play. I met with a lot Playtech casinos but they are usually has only downloadable version.

So I visited their casino to check the bonuses and register. The sign up was easy and short. I checked they promotion page and they have a good cash back bonus up to 20 euro so i decided to take this one.

I contacted with the support to ask about the cash back bonus details and it has no wagering requirements what is really cool. After I knew it I asked the live support to help me to claim this cash back bonus. She told me in my first deposit it will be activated. I went to the cashier and deposited 20 euro with my Skrill account. I started to play with the Ironman 1 video slot with 0.5 euro bets because I want to take a more serious profit from my playing. I played many spins from my 20 euro deposit but I didn't get the Ironman bonus feature and lost my whole deposit within a 20 minutes.

Next day I visited the casino but my cash back bonus wasn't on my account. I had to wait a full day until they credited my cash back bonus. I started on the Ironman video slot again but this time I get the Ironman feature. Sadly it gives only 13 euro from the whole bonus rounds. I didn't changed the game and played my whole money on that slot again. It was a wrong decision because I lost my money again on it.

I start from Thor Mighty Avenger slot, did not know why, but on some forums I see that people win money on it, and if people can win money, why I cannot do same thing? Boyle Casino if being defined as a real person is one that can speak many different languages, came from a rich family and has a successful business running very well as the days move in time. This same example can take hold of this casino where players meet games, from video slots to Skill games, bingo, sports betting, live dealers and where I originally played from the beginning, Poker. Poker is actually the source of how I came into seeing Boyle Casino. So here in this review I will leave out Poker and explain what I did in the casino. Boyle casino held an online lottery, cool!

By scanning the casino before me I thought of this and made enough effort for myself to dive into a deep end pool of Playtech games. The water wasn't freezing cold but warm that it blended with my temperature and I asked myself already inside the pool thinking," which game should I grab first?". A game I've never seen before is Iron Man III, the second Iron Man won frequently well so I figured this might do the same.

The problem for me during this casino is my deposit wasn't matched with the 200% bonus. It was only offered for countries not including mine for that matter. I would deposit a full $100 to get $150 bonus knowing this casino already convinced me through poker. My existing deposit of $70 roamed around freelancing whatever I chose and so I headed to Iron Man III first. In this 3rd edition the scatters don't appear as often as the 2nd addition. It's much adamant while payouts aren't serious to keep me from playing in a continuous cycle. From nothing to about winning $1.20 for my $0.50 bets. The second highest win I've seen is $3 and one of the highest is $11.20 win in the normal game....only rarely. The graphics aren't striking as the 2nd edition. I stuck around wondering if one of the three features will make up for the slack. The hall of armor free spins sounds amazing. It took a devastating 60 spins to get the hall of armor feature only to win $1.50 for triggering it and $1.50 inside my free spins with the choice of armor, Iron Man mark 42 with freezing wilds. The number inside the wild has a number before it stops being held, most of the time the Mark 42 will reset it to 3. The biggest issue, only one freezing wild on an unnecessary position on the reels (Reels 4 & 5). Imfao $30 down and only $3 won!

I tell you folks the tried and true are highly recommended than the new and unexplored. They give more back what some of the new games can't. I gladly worshipped my new balance of $201.87 and finally I swiped my "work card" onto the card reader to end my hard days work on this casino. I cashed out $171.86 and left $30 to chance on Texas Holdem. It's excellent that they handled my funds a little over a day, processing my details/docs an hour after I sent them in via email...approved! In the future I will stick with Iron Man II and maybe I will give Iron Man III another chance if luck stops teasing me. I honestly had not heard of Boyles before but the more I looked into it, the more I wonder why such a big betting firm isn't on everyone lips. They have a decent bonus offer plus whats more all games are accepted.Its true that some of them have lower weightings than others but you are not always on tiptoe trying to ensure that you don't accidentally play a restricted game and then end up losing your entire deposit and bonus.

The casino uses Playtech games – thanks to my deposit I actually had quite a large bankroll to play from. I decided to try and play a slot I rarely play and tried out Frankie Detorri. I have a bit of a confession here I played with 25 lines on my first spin which was a big lump of the cash I had, I initially wondered where my money went to, but luckily on the next spin I won it back along with more cash for a big win. Whats more I went straight to a bonus race where I won 10 free games. This gave me a huge amount of winnings and I ended up with 3 times my deposit which actually was the biggest win I ever made. I do not know if you read my last reviews, but this is the second month I have decided to try one casino each day.

Well, today on my list of casinos I stumbled upon this casino: Boyle Casino. I never heard of it but thought it was worth a shot. Plus, it has a grade of 7.3 on AskGamblers.com, which is not good, but not the worst either. The casino’s games are powered by Playtech. My favourite is Microgaming, for various reasons that I do not think need to be explained, since anyone that has little experience with casinos know what i am talking about.

I do not like the casino’s website very much. At least it is very well structured so you can find any information fast - at least this is what I thought. I did not find the promotion section. The casino can be played only online. The online version is anyway, in my opinion not very helpful, since it is not very comfortable and I always find myself having issues when playing this way. Plus, you can also play at this casino from your mobile device, which I think it is a must in our times. As an addition to what I said earlier, the casino can be played by downloading the software as well (as opposed to what is written on AskGamblers).

I had to contact the support team to find out about the casino’s promotions. There are only 2 deposit bonuses - 200 free for the first one and 500 free for the second deposit. The wagering requirements are, however, quite high - 20x(d+b), which is in fact 40x. I decided to deposit 30 euros. I got my 30 euros bonus and started playing some random slots.

Playtech has some nice slots, you really should try them. Well, the casino is fine. The slots are nice, because of Playtech, but the promotions are nothing out of the ordinary.

It's been over 2 months since I have not entered into an online casino so before writing this review I have decided that the first casino where I enter and play after all this time it is going to a good one. This said, my choice was a Playtech casino, namely Boyle Casino, also because through its advertising all over the internet it had an offer of 5 USD no deposit bonus.

As I said, as far as I'm concerned Playtech casinos are good in all aspects (not exquisite in one aspect and bad in other ways). Game graphics is good enough (though not the greatest), the number of games is very high (though not outstanding), the online support responds well every time and withdrawing money is easy (though I met a Playtech casino - ClubGold that was an exception).
