The only online casino I ever played that paid my winnings was Bovada Casino. Granted. It's been a few years but I signed up and received a free $25 chip and turned that into over $300. By the next day my withdrawal was processed and on its way. I've played almost all USA friendly casinos and have never been unable to successfully withdraw from any of them.

Not enough game choices... but that is based on my experience from a few years ago. I was going to try them again but your reviews are making me gunshy...

Bovada used to be my favorite online casino. I have played with them for years and have never had an issue until this Sunday. I even won 17k in 2015... It was cashed out almost immediately, and without issue. Cashouts have always been within the 3 day limit, and until recently, customer service was helpful.

I hit a bonus on a game called "Pandas Go Wild" TWO DAYS ago, and disconnected after a $200+ win. I contacted customer service for HOURS. Every person told me something else -- clear my cache, restart my computer, allow it to sit on incognito for 30 seconds before signing in and then they would end the chat.. I tried from multiple laptops, my phone, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and private windows/incognito on all. It has been 3 days and I still have not seen my money or heard a word from Bovada.

The bonus in question was the bonus where you pick a piece of bamboo, a fish, and a flower to multiply your bet. I was playing $2 a spin, and hit 100x + 5x + (this is where I disconnected) and when I got to the flower, I received an "error" and was forced to reload.

Upon speaking to customer service the first time, I was told I could still play with the money I had in my balance until the issue was resolved. Upon contacting them again hours later when I still didn't have my money, I was told I should have contacted them IMMEDIATELY and that they couldn't find the transaction because I had continued spinning.. (I DID CONTACT THEM, MULTIPLE TIMES!)

Personally, I consider this a scam. At this point, even if/when they pay me if has been DAYS since I won the money. All of the jackpots I was playing are gone. I know there is proof of this win on their end, and have screenshots of the first customer service rep I spoke with confirming it.... only for the last to call me a liar.

Not much to like when you have a horrible experience week after week after week. Sign up with any other site, could not be as bad as this one, trust me. Aaaannd, they don't have a valid license.

They have literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any online site of any industry period, ever.....and I've had some other bad experiences. Literally every single time I had to contact their CS, they knew nothing about their own site and didn't care to find out or resolve my issues. They have no common sense and just give you the run around no matter how many times you restate your issue. They are also shady and very misleading about most everything. Their money lines are also worse than the average site (this means you have worse odds). Seriously, sign up with a different site. There's no possible way any other site could be worse than this one.

Not much to like here...I wish I would have read more reviews before opening account. The IPhone app only gives you lines, you can’t place a direct bet!! So dumb. But worst of all I had a $260 balance that was removed today without Warning! It is so upsetting. I called customer service and they walked me through where it states the expiration of your bonus funds....and it is buried deep into the FAQ section, hahaha. So Damn shady for what is supposed to be a honest organization.

I will never consider this site again. In fact, based on my experience above I felt so helpless that I may go back to betting in person, or just make sure I can find a reputable site. Just unbelievable to me they can without warning remove my balance. I mean be up front and have it stated in a timeline when bonus money will expire. Terrible site. Believe me simply find another one.

After losing a few grand. I can honestly say that I don't like to be cheated. As a gambling business owner. I know the in's & out. This feels over rigged. Your account "level" is just how the computer program will base your rng and can monitor you. End of the day they rake everything in.

Very fast deposits and withdrawals. 1st withdrawal for 800 was in my bitcoin wallet in 12 hours!! 2nd withdrawal of 2300 was in my wallett in 24 hours. Cant beat that kind of service!!

Game selection isnt the greatest as far as the slots go. I play poker and like sports betting too so it more then makes up for it. all in all I would definitely recommend playing on bovada.

I have had bad streaks before in my 60yrs of playing poker, but is the last 200 to 300 hands, I have not won one single hand except when I went all in pre-flop where the company had no control over players folding.NO matter what I had, something would come up to beat me.Something is fishy going on there.

The slots can be pretty good at times, customer service is generally good, and they payout quickly.

I don't have evidence of this, but something is off with their live BJ tables. You (and the rest of the table) start to go on unbelievable losing streaks or losing 2 out of 8 hands fairly often 2 out of 10 or more, the dealer is peaking down at the machine after each hand, pretending to be scratching the deck of cards, I don't know if that device is altered to hold a 2nd trap card or what, but it's very apparent that they pretend to need to scratch the cards in the shoe, and if you watch closely their eye peaks down at something in the front part of that shoe. I have played enough hands of BJ in vegas, with friends and online to see something isn't quite right here. The number of face up cards with a 10-A beats all odds, and they rarely get a 2-6 during this stretch, rarely even get a 7 during this period. You really need to find a dealer there that doesn't do any funny business, again, I don't have proof, but the next time you start to see these streaks I'm talking about, watch what the dealer does with their eyes and pretending to need to scratch the deck in the shoe after each hand. Again, this is just my opinion.

Does not have a legitimate license ....anywhere. Clearly there is collusion play in the cash games.This is a chinese site. You can find people, it just takes time. The random hands are not so random. I usually play in casinos and the amount of times pocket aces and kings is dealt is unreal. To no avail, statistically they lose for me and I'm not trapping with them. Loose play and or tilt is one thing but the hands that win, should not be in play. This is over and over again My privileged opinion is that it is bot of some type along with the software. Impossible to make deposits! Poor customer service. Wait time on phone that lasts for 20-30 minutes at least. Unresponsive to customer issues. I wouldn't count on getting paid with the way the business is being run now!! Go elsewhere.

Graphics nice, customer service response though with canned answers. Have no problem depositing by any method they accept. Phone support always answer

I'm going to dump a year worth of stats soon. I have seen that the stud game on average the dealer should only qualify 56% of the time and you have 50 50 to win with optimal strategy Now I was seeing consistently at bovada, ignition, cafe casino cause they use the same software the dealer was qualifying about 64% and winning 70%. Not sure related but when the license wasnt renewed that went up to 68% qualify and 70% win. I need a bit of time to get it in better format. And for those techies out there. The game has become adaptive like the it certification tests, meaning it cant be random as claimed. These people deserve no ones money

Poker is ridiculously rigged.I am not complaining just on bad beats on me but i consistently watched inferior hands win.Their software is set up to make people believe you can call with anything and you have a chance of winning.I have watched both in hands I was in and hands I had folded bizarre catches and routine bad beats.Straw that broke the camels back I lost flopping a flush (to TWO other hands also flopping a flush - the odds!), flopping a straight and losing to a flush and flopping a set losing to a full house on three strait hands.Then I flopped a full house in another tourney to lose in a one out 4 fo a kind.Just too many bad beats too often to believe it is legit!

The customer service couldn’t tell me why every time I hit a bonus it makes me refresh the page 3 times. Bovada is a complete predatory outfit which is saying a lot as far as casinos go. They spend lots of money publishing phony reviews and have a team that attempts to "scrub" the internet of bad reviews. The truth is this, they are nothing more than a con game in the most hopeless sense of the words. If you think you have bad odds at the casino they are far far far worst. They rig their programmable games so casino and poker games should be avoided at all cost. If that isnt bad enough, if they offer you a cash bonus for depositing a certain volume it is a complete robbery. To be able to withdraw your funds after taking a bonus offer you have to meet their terms of agreements. For example I deposited $500 and received $200 in bonus cash. I was not able to withdraw my funds as they explained it was winnings with their bonus cash and that means I needed to meet there wager term. The term was this, I needed to wager at least $21,000 to be able to cash out (EVEN MY ORIGINAL $500) but the most nefarious thing was certain games get credited differently and you have only a certain period of time to do so. In my case this was 3 months. For table games they only credit 5 cents for every dollar wagered (5%). Doing the math I needed to wager approximately $500,000 in a few months to be able get to withdraw my money, INCLUDING MY ORIGINAL DEPOSIT. It is legitimate robbery.

I only like the platform. I thought it was easy to place a bet, however bovado is not a place to put your hard working money. First of all they take a certain %age everytime you make a deposit, however it is a scam and Fraud. Customer service is really *****. All they say is sorry for the inconvenience e.t.c. usual answer just like every other phone or cable company. Do not put your hard working money something that is overseas and you cant sue not take them to court

I dont like a lot of thing that bovado does. Trust no one in this life. Ppl told me it was a good site and pay on time. I say ok, I try it.. I deposit they took 10% deposits fee and then they refused to pay my withdrawal. It has been a month but all I hear is we sending according to your time frame. Idk what that mean and I have been waiting for a month. It say 15 to 20 days for a check to be mailed to you. This ppl very disrespectful on the phone. They help you if you depositing tho. But when it comes to cashing out good luck

Leadership boards are a great way of getting bonus fund to play around with.

Around 10% of the time you actually place and win bonus funds, the funds never arrive to your account. If you contact their support team, you'll either wait 2hours + for a phone response or an on-site chat representative that can "escalate" your problem. These reps will tell you that it will be reviewed within 24-48 hours. After a few days, you contact them and go through the same channels again with no resolution. This is straight up robbery.

Bovad is an absolute joke. They changed my bet after I agreed to a minus 10 and switched title to minus 13.5 . They claimed I had slow internet and refused to pay me the winnings or refund my money. Do not bet with this site

Come on Bovada, go back to that amazing casino you guys once were 3 years ago. Its not too late. Get your licenses back, speed up withdrawal times, and communicate with your players. If you do those three steps youll be back on top in no time. Thus more players will join, more affiliates will refer, and more money will come in for both the players and the casino. I played the craps game and let me tell you about it. I got real suspicious of the craps game thinking it was rigged. So, I made bets and covered most of the numbers/rolls. I would purposely leave a number/situation out and wouldnt you know that was the number/situation that came up. I would then do it with the point and against the point, same thing. Keep in mind I would cover all numbers/scenarios and leave one scenario out, repeating this constantly. The one number/scenario I left out would come up. I changed it around after each roll, not just after a point was made. They are basically stealing.

Askgamblers.com is the only legit review site that I have found. The other ones are shills for the casinos.

Dealer has a Face and you hold a 12 or 13 so you hit and bust. More than half the time theyll show 12 to 16. If you decide not to hit theyll be holding a 20. This happens way too often its hilarious. Youll literally know what the dealer has just by the fucking pattern. Scam piece of shit site. Too bad the site owners cant get arrested for frauding their customers. Had to test it out by doing 1 dollar bets and lost 3k in the process. Definitely rigged ass casino.

Excessive fees, misleading casino table bet ranges. I really wish there was an online casino that would give us the Vegas experience from home, but this isn't it.

Negative stars Nothing to like about a site that charges you a fee to deposit with your debit/credit card or recommends you use bitcoin like anyone wants to pay more fees.

I really have nothing but negative comments, atleast the fees for deposit are there in plain writing for you to see, it's bad enough that you will be charged again by your debit/credit card carrier for international charges. I really don't like to use bonuses on some of these sites because they do not offer good ones, but, what was clear was the confusion of watching a playable balance and the balance I was actually playing with while playing, so I wasn't clear on rather or not I had met the play through (and this is why I don't use bonused on some of these sites), another thing no customer support did not pick up when I access chat, so not happy, games are plenty but so-so and winning is barely there at least for me I play with a budget and stick to it so it's a goodbye for me on this site.

- They hace a great sportsbook
- their selection on games have been getting better

I'm sure what happened to bovada. They used to be great but have seem to go down hill a bit. It's great to see they got their licenses back.

Now all they need to do is work on withdrawal times and setting the slot returns a bit higher. They haven't been paying out on slots for more than a year for me. I can't seem to break more than $100 at any given time which they take right back.

Their keno is horrible too, that's another game that doesn"t pay out..

You guys need to enable instant withdrawals for your bitcoin options at least. Every other casino does now.

Sports betting is alright. Everything else is awful.

The bonus you get is something that gets used last.
They are deceptive and unlike other casinos they use the bonus cash last.
So if you deposited 300 for sports betting you can get 300 for casino as bonus. So if you go to a blackjack table with your 300 bonus and 300 cash, the total cash will show up as 600, but if you lose 200 out of 600 and decide it was not for you, they will keep your 200 and will only allow you to take 100. Furthermore, if you contact them and let them know that you played in the casino to use the casino bonus and didn't want to use the money you wanted to use towards the sports games, they just don't care. If you are depositing money, make sure you have fraud protection from your credit card company.The bonus you get is something that gets used last.

The graphics are wonderful, and the site is easy to navigate.

Have played about $70K (not one bonus ever utilized) between Bovada and their sister casino, Ignition Casino, since October 2017. Started out decent, now you barely hit anything worth cashing out. I may be incorrect, however, I wouldn't be surprised if they're no longer regulated/certified.
There have been multiple overcharges on deposits, and unfortunately, it's no longer interesting, nor fun to play at either sites.

Terrible graphics on games, the Aladdin slot Princess looks like the gypsy woman from a 1960's horror movie. It may be me, bad odds on the machines. The server is very glitchy and kept timing out during play. 4.5% charge on credit card deposits. Others are better and cheaper!
