The casino has a lot of games/providers and the games give no issues. The game is very fast and clear. The home page is very captivating and is very easy to move inside the site and find the specific games.
Lot of things. Very slow customer service, many answers to my emails given only with templates, very slow chat and zero resolution.
But the worst thing is that the withdrawals are very slow and (as occurred today) the reverse of the withdrawals without advice or explanations. Also they removed from withdrawals method the method that I used to deposit ( and they in fact rejected the withdrawal with bank account transfer). Kind of nightmare. Hope they will successfully process my last withdrawal because I am waiting more than a week.
